This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo has recently been completely renovated and can comfortable accommodate 7. The master bedroom has a king size purple mattress with adjustable base, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom and 1 queen with twin loft bed in the 3rd bedroom.

This 2nd floor, direct oceanfront condo was completely renovated in early 2023 and features new furniture in the bedrooms, living room and dining area, updated bathrooms and kitchen, fresh paint and updated flooring throughout, all new kitchen wares and comfortable balcony furniture to accommodate outdoor dining. This unit also features Roku smart TV's in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. For your convenience, there is a full size washer & dryer in unit and a fully stocked storage closet with beach equipment and room to store your golf clubs. Please note that the condo door does have a camera doorbell with audio features.

Hyperion Towers is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Onsite amenities include free Wi-Fi, free parking, outdoor pool, sun deck, BBQ area w/charcoal grill, onsite fitness room and elevators.

Saturday - Saturday bookings required from the the 1st Saturday in June until the 3rd Saturday in August. The rest of the year, there is a 3 night minimum with no restriction on arrival or departure date.

If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Great stay, amazing porch!
We stayed 5 days, 4 nights in this wonderful 3 br condo. Beds were comfy, porch was INCREDIBLE. Kitchen and beach storage closet were stocked well. We will definitely stay here again. Access to the beach was easy and close. Had ages from 6 to 76 and it was perfectly comfortable and very nicely furnished/equipped for all ages and preferences. Every night we ate meals on the spacious porch with wonderful high quality furniture and great views. I felt it was high quality, functional, and comfortable. Can't recommend enough!"

Beautiful condo with gorgeous balcony views. We loved the decor and comfort of the condo. Clean and exactly as described and pictures. With cooler temps always having the waves crashing from the living room and bedroom was perfect. This was our first time checking in off site but it was quick and convenient. "

"Dream condo
My husband and I rented this condo as part of our 6 year plan to learn all about Myrtle Beach and find an area where we hope to retire to. This met all of the items on our bucket list. The condo was beautiful, but Cherry Grove has so much to offer with the beach, residential streets and enough businesses within 2 miles for shopping. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, clean and the patio provides you with a great view of the ocean. "

"Great Location
It was a lovely place and very close to a location we wanted to be near. We were disappointed in a few things. Wasn’t as clean as I had hoped, we had asked ahead of time what type of coffee maker there was and were told both pods and regular coffee maker and that was false, one of the beds was not made up properly and I had to remake it and the screen doors to sit on the balcony were very difficult to move. (3 ladies all in our 60’s) The staff at the rental office were very sweet and helpful. WiFi worked great, showers were roomy and the space was very nicely decorated. A few less things on every surface would have been better, we had to move a lot of items off surfaces for our things. It doesn’t get a 5 but the issues were minimal and I would definitely recommend it to someone. The building was also very secure!"
