This spectacular beach house is only 2 blocks (0.2 miles) from the beach, has a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This spacious private house has all new furniture, bedding & décor and can accommodate a total of 18 people with 1 king, 7 queens & 1 sleeper sofa.

The main house is 2 stories with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 1st floor features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room w/1 sleeper sofa, 2 dining areas, a washer & dryer, large balcony overlooking the backyard & pool area as well as 1 full bathroom, 1 bedroom w/1 king. The 2nd floor features 1 bedroom w/2 queens, a full bathroom and 1 bedroom w/1 queen.

The 2nd part of the house is an attached 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom mother-in-law suite. The mother-in-law suite is perfect for older kids who want their own space or guests that have difficulty with too many stairs. The mother-in-law suite features a small living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom w/2 queens, a full bathroom and 1 bedroom w/1 queen.

The 3rd part of the house is a ground level bedroom w/1 queen and an attached bathroom near the pool. (this is a new addition and not yet photographed due to occupancy)

This house was completely gutted, re-configured and remodeled from January - June 2021. The new salt water pool, measuring 25ft x 11ft with a depth of 3ft to 5ft, was installed in July 2021. The Blue Moon also features a game room complete with basketball, ping pong table, and several arcade games. The backyard/pool area is fully fenced in, professionally landscaped and has 3 picnic tables and a charcoal grill. Right behind the house is McLean Park which has 2 playgrounds, a baseball field, pond w/fountain, walking trail & picnic gazebos. If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"A Nice Place
The description of the property was accurate. It was perfect location for our group. The floors were incredibly dirty. Our feet were stained black daily from the floors. The game room was covered in cobwebs and dirt. For a luxury house, I expected more than the bare minimum that was offered. I was a tad annoyed that for 3 days we had to go out and buy extra toilet paper and paper towels for how expensive the house is. I would have also appreciated a single laundry detergent tablet. The property management group were professional and let us check in early which was great. I probably wouldn't stay again, but it is a nice house. "

"Beach house
We had a nice stay. It’s in walking distance to the beach. The game room, outdoor pool area, and the overall deck could use some good cleaning as there were cod webs everywhere. Easy check in and very friendly host. Host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We would definitely stay again. "

We stayed at the Blue Moon for the St. Patrick's Day parade and it was wonderful! The location was perfect and easy to walk to Main Street and the house was large enough for the whole family (10 adults and 2 kids)"

This house is in a nice location and is a nice place, especially the separate apartment. However, the kitchen is very poorly equipped. The pots and pans are old and few of them. And utencils and other kitchen things are spread all over various drawers."

"Boys Golf Outing Weekend
The house was very clean, the pool was nice and ample parking. Location to downtown N. Myrtle Beach is very close. The layout of the house is a little weird, but still nice. Probably the only thing I would have wanted was better stocking of necessary supplies like dishwasher soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. "

"Disappointed in rental and management company
Marketing of rental absolutely misleading. The guest house was smelly and evidence of chips in the window sills. The main house was roomy but floors and ventilation system were filthy. The closet door in the main bathroom fell off its track onto guest while standing at the sink. We fixed it ourselves. Pool was nice and enjoyed. "

"Eh. Over priced
We paid $5000 for 4 nights.. we had two different companies show up for maintenance, one for the pool (the main feature for us) and the second for landscaping.... Grass all around the pool so my kids had to get out. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, one of the landscapers asked us for a beer and a cigarette so there’s that. �� Showers were GROSS. None of the doors closed properly. Overall the home was fine. But, for FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS I expect better than just fine. Would not pay for the home a second time. "

"A Relaxing Escape
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in this beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully furnished beach home located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood only a moment’s walk to the seashore and restaurants. "Saved our Family Vacation
After a miscommunication with another rental company and having no place to stay I called (Property Management). This beautiful home had just hit their website and was available. Our family of 16 from ages of 3 years to 72 years old were truly blessed to be able to vacation here. We were the first to rent after a 6 month remodel. We rented a golf cart nearby to haul our chairs, coolers, and toys to the beach but it is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The older kids enjoyed riding around the beautiful neighborhood. Another plus was the park behind the house. The kids played at the 2 age appreciate playgrounds and had several kickball games. Can’t thank (Property Management) for being so easy to work with."
