Vacation in luxury at our 3,500 square-foot beachfront home in Newport Beach, California. Conveniently located ON the boardwalk, just steps away from the sand, Pacific Ocean, and Newport Pier, you are sure to have a great time.
This large, custom-built home is a vacation renter's dream! Our home, featuring 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, sits directly on the beach, with nothing but sand in between you and the ocean. The house is in the perfect location on the boardwalk- within walking distance to the restaurants and shops at Newport Pier & biking distance to the Balboa Pier.
The 500 square-foot master bedroom, alone, is a sanctuary. It features a beachfront balcony, large plasma TV, and an amazing Jacuzzi bath tub. The other 4 elegantly-decorated & furnished bedrooms each have one queen-size bed.
Our home is perfect for entertaining. You can people-watch, BBQ, or sunbathe on the large patio; relax and unwind in front of the fireplace & plasma TV; challenge your friends to a game of pool; or watch the sunset with a cocktail in-hand from the master bedroom balcony.
The home is completely-furnished and equipped. It has a fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, TV's with satellite access, DVD player, surround-sound stereo system, POOL TABLE, wet bar, outside shower, and other amenities to make your vacation that much more pleasurable.
At Newport Beach, California, you can do anything you desire. - Beach activities include swimming, surfing, biking, skating, volleyball, bonfires, tanning...
