• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we'll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.

Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Please note: This a two-level unit with a flight of stairs to access the bedrooms. This unit is not handicap equipped. • Take the trash out. The trash cans are in front of the building. • Please make sure physical keys are returned to the keybox #4 , as, in the case of a loss, a fine of $50 will be applicable. • You are not permitted to park your vehicle in the parking lot. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine. For late check out you will be charged: • 1-3 hours = 1 night charge • 4 hours = 1 night charge + $100 • 5 hours = 1 night charge + $200 And every hour rises accordinglyCancellation Policy: Full refund 41 days prior to arrival and no refunds after that
