“That Place by the Water” is a Sound front gem that will be your favorite place for the perfect beach getaway! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome at Sandcastle Beach Townhomes on beautiful Navarre Beach Sound has been renovated with updated flooring, appliances, furniture, and decks.

The first thing you notice when you pull in under the townhome (yes covered parking!) is the spacious deck with ample seating and an outside shower. Stairs leading from the deck to the sand are the quickest way to get your toes in the refreshing water of the quaint beach on Santa Rosa Sound. A storage shed is available for your bicycles, coolers, chairs, fishing equipment, etc. A couple beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach wagon, and a gas grill are provided. Parking accommodates two moderate sized vehicles.

The kitchen is a great place to enjoy anything from a quick snack to a full dinner. It is fully stocked with what you need for food preparation including place settings for 12. The kitchen has a large pantry closet so you won't have to play grocery Jenga ®. The sunny deck off the kitchen overlooks the community pool.

The dining area includes a desk with monitor, keyboard, & mouse for those working/gaming vacations. The desk expands to accommodate additional workspace.

The living room is a great place to put your feet up after a day at the beach or wherever your travels take you. The water view from the living room is one of the best views on the beach; day and night. The living room deck is the ideal place for dinner, entertaining, or just hanging out.

There is a full bathroom with a tub on the first floor.

Up the stairs to the second floor you will find two bedrooms and a second full bath. The primary bedroom is a restful oasis with a king bed and Sound views. The primary bedroom has a private deck. A sweet little sleeping fort is located in the large primary closet for any littles in your party. A twin rollaway bed is also provided.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a folding work desk. Both bedrooms have wall mounted televisions. All 3 TVs offer streaming, over the air TV, and external connections for your own streaming or gaming media devices. The second full bathroom has an updated vanity and walk-in shower. A full-sized washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. Automatic nightlights are provided for your safety.

Sheets, quilts and pillow shams are changed with each new guest. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have ample storage. DVD's have been added in this unit for your entertainment.

Bring your kayaks and paddleboards and enjoy a relaxing day on the water.

Take in a sunset from the community pier or walk down the sand to one of the locals’ favorite watering holes. Whatever you plan to do on your vacation “That Place by the Water” will be the home base of your dreams!

Boat slips are first come, first serve and proof of insurance is required.
