We are more than happy to setup payment plans as you may need, so long as the final payment is paid before the due date. Contact our office to coordinate your payment plan.

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.

(Property Management) Cancellation Policy

**Our private homes have different Payment and Cancellation Terms than our standard agreement lists below. Contact (Property Management) before booking for more information.**

a. For guests staying less than 25 nights: Cancellation requests received more than 36 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 35 - 22 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.

b. For guests staying 25 nights or longer: Cancellation requests received more than 150 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 149 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments. Should the property be re-booked for any portion of the Guest's cancelled dates, the Manager will refund the Guest for the amount the Manager was able to re-book. This option is available only for guests staying 25 nights or longer.

c. Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The (Property Management) Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.

d. If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.

"Amazing trip!
We've been coming to Destin for over 25 years. This was one of the best trips we've had! Breath Easy rentals, was the best company we've had the pleasure of working with! Communication was expedient, every time! We were so surprised by the things that were provided! We have stayed in this resort before, but never this building. This unit and building, are now are favorite! We will definitely be using them in the future! I'm very particular about cleanliness, and this unit was spotless! We loved the easy proximity to the beach and the pool as well. Even the text to check in and make sure we had all we needed was a bonus! "Family Vacation
This condo is amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we needed to. Dishes, glasses, pots & pans, and baking sheets. Even small things such as measuring cups and spatulas were available. The living room is spacious and we had plenty of room to play games and puzzles in the evenings. Plenty of seating.
The bathrooms were nice. The bedrooms were comfy and had plenty of closet space.
The property was clean and is beautifully decorated. The main star is the view of the gulf, which is stunning.
Even the resort itself is safe, clean and well maintained. The amenities such as locker, pool, gym were nice. Overall, it was a great experience to rent and we hope to be back again soon. "

"Great unit
The unit is immaculate and was very clean. The decor is beachy higher end. The beds had very comfortable mattresses also. The kitchen and bath renovations are top notch. Great view (beachfront unit) from living room, master, and balcony. (Property Management) was very helpful and communicated via text just to make sure we didn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend both (Property Management) and this unit."

"Spectacular Stay At Coastal Dreams!
This unit was immaculate. Everything was clean. Which if you travel a lot is saying something. The floors were even clean. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. The beds were great. The showers were updated and clean. The view from the living room was beautiful as it was uninterrupted. The balcony was a bit small, but the view from the living room and the open space made up for it. It was on the beach and not across the street like some of the properties we saw while there. The communication with (Property Management) was prompt and they were frequently checking on us to see if we needed anything. It was amazing and we will book with them again as well as try to stay at this unit again."
