G101 underwent an extensive down-to-the-studs remodel in 2022 (completed in December 2022). This full remodel included beautiful quartzite throughout the kitchen, a brand-new state-of-the-art HVAC system, new furniture, and top-of-the-line appliances. Nothing was left out. If you are looking to enjoy the sun during one of our beautiful tropical days, have a happy hour beverage in the shade, or dine outside on the wraparound private lanai, G101 covers it all. The lanai also offers breathtaking views of the pacific ocean and during whale season you can experience whales breaching with the comfort of your morning coffee. Looking to get a break from the sun, sit and read your favorite author on the condo's front lanai, surrounded by the gorgeous tropical plants and orchids Makena Surf is filled with. The airy interior and fully stocked kitchen offer all the comforts of home. Each of the two bedrooms is spacious and offers ensuite bathrooms. The large primary bedroom offers a king bed, the guest bedroom features 2 twin beds (which can be pushed together to make a larger bed) and the condo also has a sofa sleeper. The living room has comfy seating while still capturing views of the pacific ocean. It does not end there, G101 also offers full office space in case you need to work while on vacation. Makena Surf Resort is a luxurious secluded beachfront condominium located in exclusive Makena. This gated community was developed with six 2 & 3 story buildings each offering sweeping views of the Pacific. The pristine and picturesque beach and rocky shoreline fronting the property is exceptional for sunsets, swimming, sunning and spectacular seasonal whale watching. Makena Surf Resort offers central air conditioning, two large pool areas with Jacuzzi, private gas barbecue areas, four tennis courts and free on site parking. The interiors include large fully equipped kitchens, wet bar, washers & dryers, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linens supplied directly by Alii Resorts. Housekeeping services are included at this resort property. Guests will receive a clean and exchange of all amenities and linens on every 3rd day. Housekeeping services can happen from 8:30am-4:30pm. All days in between are towel drop.
