Beach Place 310 - Ready to soak up some sun? How about a vacation retreat with prime ocean and pool views? If so, 310 Beach Place is ready! This large 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,360 square foot beach view property sleeps up to 8, making this perfect for families and friends. Free Wifi

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.

This unit contains a comfortable living area including a 42 inch flat screened television and access to the outdoor balcony, which offers amazing views of the beach and pool. From here, you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book, and take in the amazing sunsets. The full kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking during your stay, as it is fully stocked with utensils and nice appliances. Dining table that seats up to six is just on the other side of the open kitchen, making everything convenient, relaxed and easy!

The master bedroom has 2 double beds as does the second guestroom. The third bedroom has 1 double bed, and all provide lots of room, including dresser drawer and closet space. The bathrooms are stocked with linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Free WIFI, washer and dryer, and ONE parking spot is also included. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.

Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"WORST condo for the money
The owners and property management should be ashamed of themselves for the price. The condo was SO outdated compared to the other condo's in the same facility. The pictures on the website did NOT do justice once you see the condo in person. Windows didn't lock, nothing matched. The kitchen didn't include the "fully stocked kitchen". It did not even have a pan to make bacon or a cutting board. The beds where horrible, the cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms are falling apart. The smoke detector did NOT work. The shower heads in both bathrooms barely let any water out. The carpet was gross and did not match. Why have carpet in a condo on the water w/ sand? We will NEVER stay at 310 again! "

"Time for an update
The location is great! We have stayed in Maderia Beach for years and always have a wonderful vacation. This particular unit is in dire need of an update. It is clean, but it is so old that it feels dirty. Not a unit that we will stay in again, which is a shame because there are so many nice units at Beach Place. "

"Fun getaway to Beach Place Condo
Our stay at Beach Place was an excellent experience. The location was beyond our expectations and the accommodations were equally as great. The beach itself was beautiful and all the surroundings Johns Pass was a pleasure. In all it provided us with everything we were looking forward to. We plan to revisit the first chance we have. We stayed in 310. Condo was clean, but extremely outdated. I do not believe it has ever been updated. It also only came with 1 parking space which can be problematic because parking is $72 dollars a day in public parking. "

"4th of July annual family trip
Love, love the location. We have stayed in various condos here and others by Johns Pass.
We have never had a bad experience with the staff. They are very helpful.
We booked very late and our choices were very limited, so that is on us.

Our one issue, for where this condo is located and pricing, it is extremely outdated. Clean but outdated.
My only recommendation would be to update.

"Had a good time in Madeira Beach
Check in and check out were seamless. Our particular unit was dated. No up grades have been done , all fixtures are original to
When the building was built. The carpet may have been replaced some years ago. There were dirty hand prints on mirrors. The kitchen cabinets had something running down the faces. The top of the fridge was filthy. Wire shelves in walk in closet were caked in dust. The dressers in the bedrooms were dirty inside. The beds are terrible, the wife and I had a horrible week of sleep. It’s an gulf front unit so the view is great. I could deal with renting again if the beds were updated and it was cleaned properly. Basically we got what we paid for."

The condo was filthy and smelled like mold. Its run down the carpet is nasty. The AC grate hadnt been cleaned in years. The filter was thick with goo. All this with a 180 dollar cleaning fee The staff was fine as were the grounds. May return but not to condo 310"

"Relaxing Beach Time
location, location, location. Had a wonderful stay. weather was great. Only rained once and it was at night. yea! BEAUTIFUL 3rd floor view. if I had to leave a suggestion it would be to replace the balcony furniture (upgrade) and get a higher table. and to put removable shower heads in the tubs. Kitchen was adequate. I cooked most every morning and most evenings. Another great stay. I think this was my 4th time staying at Beach Place. I will be back."

Wonderful location right on the beach. Pool was very nice. Our condo was in poor condition, not very clean and in dire need of upgrades. The staff was pleasant to work with. Would like to stay again but in different condo. "

"Great Stay, horrible unit
This was our 5th time staying at Beach Place Condo's.

We loved the beach, the area, pool, etc.

The unit we stayed in was TERRIBLE, worst we ever had in all of our vacation stays around the country. Our unit had a broken microwave, leaking sinks, running toilets, a dishwasher that did not dry the dishes, horrible mismatching furniture (including a bent couch!), rock hard beds, very old carpet, flickering lights in the kitchen, mini-TV sets, patio chairs that you buy for $4.99, missing dining room chair, and on top of that was the unit was dirty to the point there was black MOLD under the bathroom sink where they kept the towels.
On the positive side, the management tried to rectify some of the issues, but were not successful.

Again, we love the area, but may not rent at Beach Place again."

"Will not stay in this unit again
I have stayed at Beach Place for the last two years and the first year we loved it. However this year was a horrible experience. When we got to our unit we realized the dryer did not work. I sent several unanswered e-mails to have it looked at. Needless to say we had to pay to use the public dryer the whole week and pack our wet clothes down the hall to dry them every day. I have asked to have someone contact me about the dryer and still have not been contacted. The unit is outdated with old carpet and cabinetry. I think we at least deserve some refund or discount for our next trip due to the dryer issue. The elevator is also so old and slow that it makes it miserable to stand in the heat and wait on it every time you leave your room. "

"Our Beach Place vacation!
We spent 5 nights at Beach Place. Our experience was wonderful! From our initial contact online about reserving a rental, to checkout was easy and the staff very helpful and professional! Great customer service! Our unit was perfect for us. It was very clean, and spacious. We are a family of 7, 2 grandparents, and our daughter, her husband and their 3 children. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins swim past. The kiddos loved, loved, loved the pool! We also enjoyed some beach time every day. Both areas were kept very clean. We all had a great time, and enjoyed our time together. The only complaint was the slow elevators. This was a very minor issue and did not affect our satisfaction with Beach Place. We will not hesitate to reserve a condo at Beach Place again! "

The condo we rented was smelly and dirty. The bathtub had dirt and hair in it. There were ants everywhere.
No salt/pepper/ paper napkins/ paper towels/ dish soap etc like the other times I have rented there.
The view was great. Beds were comfortable.
Probably will not rent there again. "

"Best Beach Condo
Wonderful ocean view. Closeness of John's pass is a plus. Caddy's close by, one of the best restaurants. We loved the balcony. Closeness of the pool and pool was cleaned everyday. We had our own personal washer and dryer though the dryer needs to be replaced. Sometimes it worked. The filter was full of lint. However we would definitely stay here again"

Perfect location to go to the beach and John’s pass restaurants. However, condo requires updating; Brown carpet in the great room area has a musky smell, TVs are 30 years old, kitchen is old as well. Maintenance and office staff provided excellent service!"

"A Dump
The owners should be ashamed to let anyone pay money to stay in this unit. The carpet is disgusting, stained, loose, and beyond dirty. All furnishings including beds, linens and couch’s are old, dirty, uncomfortable and a joke. One of the lamp shades is held together by scotch tape. Many maintenance issues, the washer and dryer are both not operational. Needs multiple items repaired and disgusting furnishings thrown out. Property is old and not well maintained. "

The room was VERY outdated with brown carpet. Beds were very uncomfortable. Kitchen completely outdated and appliances worked so/so. Couldn't turn AC on under 72 - room was very hot. Broken tiles in the laundry room. Bathrooms very outdated. Had tiny ants in every room. TVs in bedroom were horrible with the color - one had a DVD player attached to it and the screen was green. Would not recommend, and will not be staying in this unit again."

"Nice view, but.....
While the view was great...this condo has not been updated in 20 years. Upon arrival the refrigerator didn’t work, and there is no after hours maintenance, we arrived at 5:00 pm. Finally, after listening to an irritating noise for a couple of hours, we unplugged it and let it defrost hoping that would help. Great location and view but for the price I have stayed in much nicer properties."
