Beach Place #200 - #200 is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath rental property near everything, including popular John's Pass Village, white sandy beaches and heated, refreshing swimming pool! Although this unit has no balcony and and only partial gulf view from bedroom, you are still at Beach Place, directly on the beach! Perfect for couples, guests can enjoy a kitchen, fully stocked with utensils, including coffeemaker and microwave. The large living area, bathed in soft neutral colors, provides plenty of room and offers a relaxing atmosphere after a day exploring Madeira Beach. Free WiFi and long distance telephone to US and Canada is also included. Free Wifi This unit has one parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom offers ample space, comfortable king sized bed, television, providing every comfort from home. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. This is a non smoking property.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.

Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

The pool area right close to the beach was great. It would be nice to have bathroom facilities at the pool area, because our unit was across the parking lot and up stairs to second floor. Our unit was small and kitchen area did not have bowls and enough cooking items. Needed more items in the empty cabinets. We did not have a balcony but bedroom was nice and good bed.

"Perfect Stay
The unit was as described. It was clean & had all amenities necessary for our stay. Although we arrived during the weekend of a festival being held across the street, we felt safe. Parking was well monitored. The only problem we encountered was that when we arrived, we found a broken ceiling fan paddle on the floor in the bedroom. We gave the piece to the office but the fan was not repaired during our stay."

"Perfect getaway
Perfect condo for me and my husband. The bathroom is off the kitchen away from the bedroom so I could wake up and shower and he could sleep in. It’s located right off the elevator, but we didn’t hear noise from it. No balcony but the price is cheaper than the other condos so they made up for it :) also it was very clean! "

"Great Area
Great area, friendly people. Great access to beach and John's Pass. Area felt very safe. Delosa's pizza at John's Pass is amazing. Had some obnoxious noise from school age kids in public beach lot next to condo but after school started it stopped. We will definitely be back to Beach Place. "

"Not great, but worth the price
Unit 200 seems to be made from a former office. Odd layout (bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the living room). For the price there was lots of room and storage space. But it was in fairly bad shape. Fridge very rusted. Painting chipping in many places. Just 1 small towel rack in bathroom. No patio, not any view. But Beach Place is close to lots. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Other units may be better. No love for this unit though."

"Good price, dated with a few issues
Some issues were:
Elevator noise day and night
Ant infestation (they sprayed one day while we were there but it did nothing to deter the ants.
No mirror except small one over the bathroom sink.
No drapes or curtains to block our streetlights at night. Only blinds (was like daytime in the bedroom 24/7.
Small couch that wasn't very comfortable. Places clean on the surface but baseboards, doors, etc haven't been cleaned in years.
The parking spot is for some ridiculous reason on the backside of the next building.
Perfect location near everything.

We have stayed in this unit several times. It is need of updating. Especially couch and kitchen area. If kitchen was to be updated Refrigerator is old and could be moved kinda restricts entrance to kitchen area. The whistling kettle has got to go. A auto shut off one would be nice. Also in bedroom in the open space another long dresser or a place to put luggage on a stand. All else was good"

Excellent location, couch,coffee table,rug under table,refrigerator all needs replaced. The table for eating needs to be much larger also a mirror in the bedroom would be nice because of the odd shape of the unit.One last thing when we arrived stained sheets along with hair in between sheets not acceptable this unit could be very nice with a good cleaning and painting is desperately needed."

The location of the Condo Building was beautiful. Lots to do. The pool was very nice and it is great access to the beautiful beach and ocean. The team was accommodating for late arrival do to cancel flight. The Condo itself was not clean. The floor and rug were very dirty. You can tell that the air conditioner in the bedroom leaks water on the floor and caused mold. The furniture could use an update and more seating. My past experiences at 's they provided the essentials like paper towels, dish soap and more towels. "

"Do not stay
Unit 200 was falsely advertised in pictures. It does not have a beach view balcony. It is basically a 2 room condo. The ceiling fan hangs too low from ceiling. Bathroom is small and dirty. Unit needs to be updated and a deep clean needs to happen! We were appalled at the condition and even more appalled at what we paid to stay! The ONLY thing good about it was close proximity to John's Pass and the beach. We have stayed at other (Property Management) and THIS one is absolutely horrible. We made a decision to never use Sunhost again and actually booked with another company for our visit in August. Very unhappy clients. "

"Horrible Outdated Filthy
From the 70’s. Awfully outdated!! We stayed in a one bedroom condo (unit 200) with no balcony. The elevator is right next to the bedroom so you hear it all night. The HVAC unit is in the bedroom closet so that wakes you up all night as well!! The overall cleanliness was unacceptable!! There is a hole stuffed with toilet paper in the back of the bathroom door!! The handle fell off of the oven door!! The carpet is filthy. The shelf in the bathroom is rusted!! I will not recommend or stay there again!!"

"Convenient location, but too expensive
Convenient location, great access to the beach and boardwalk restaurants and shops. Out dated - way too expensive for the quality of the room. Parking spaces are numbered very randomly - the one for my room was located on the other side of the 2nd building even though my room was in the 1st building. I also wish the website told you what building the room was in... we were a wedding party and all booked rooms we thought were near each other but a couple ended up being in the other building even though the numbers were very close so that was aggravating. "
