The neighborhood is a well established enclave minutes from the beach on the mainland. Pride of ownership is obvious in the friendly quiet neighborhood that is perfect for families! You will feel like a local while being very close to tourist hot spots! Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. We hope to accommodate you soon! • No smoking • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM • Minimum rental age of 25 • For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. • Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. • Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply. • Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out. • We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed.
