Unit A202 is a brand new renovated, airy, second floor studio unit that is direct ocean front. It boasts views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. There is only the beautiful lawn between this suite and the ocean.

The condo is light and bright and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new furnishings, a private lanai, and air-conditioning. The condo has an ultra comfortable king size bed and all of the amenities you need to cook a gourmet meal at home! One of the pool's at Napili Shores is a heated saline pool with a fabulous jacuzzi and an incredible ocean view. The other pool is a sparkling clean fresh water pool. The resort has a renowned beachfront restaurant called The Gazebo which is a favorite among locals and tourists alike. The Gazebo is famous for their breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes! There is also an onsite Surf & Snorkel rental store to assist you with your beach day activities.

Napili Shores is located steps away from Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Just south of the resort is the world famous Honokeana Cove or "Turtle Cove" which is a snorkeler's paradise!

CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund.  We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests.  The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

"Epic Reality bait and switch
Epic Reality took our reservation then said they needed for us to sign another contact so they were covered for liability then told us none of the facilities were open. They would not accept our request to cancel all the while knowing the governor closed all West Maui until October 8th. When the laundry access can didn't work they were helpless and blamed everyone but themselves. You cannot talk to anyone just a charbox text message machine. I will not use any property they represent again."

"Ocean views in great location
Beautifully renovated spacious studio felt so tranquil. Gorgeous bathroom with large shower and double sinks. Napili Bay views were lovely--andso easy to walk there and snorkel or sunbath using condo-supplied chairs. Only drawback was louvered transom windows did not close so sometimes heard noise from shuffleboard players out front, but usually over by 9 pm. Parking can be tricky but we always lucked out with one close to the unit. Mgmt. communication was excellent! Highly recommend."

"Maui ocean Ohana!
We have been to Maui 6 times and several times to other islands. This by far was the best place we have ever stayed. The unit was so clean and updated. Enjoyed the sound of the ocean and access to Napili beach was ��! Highly recommend! We will be back! "

"Wonderful spot
An excellent modern condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. I would repeat. The only problem is the popular restraunt, The Gazebo, right next to the property. People start waiting in line very early and some aren't the most repectful when it comes to noise. They need to put the shuffle board sticks away til maybe 8 am? Sound reasonable? "
