Welcome to our La Jolla Shores Hideaway, a charming 2BR/2.5BA condo that offers the ideal retreat just steps from the La Jolla Shores Beach and Park. Spread over two stories, this inviting space is perfect for families or small groups looking for a relaxed coastal getaway.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, whether you're cooking a family dinner or just whipping up a quick snack. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly onto a private balcony, where you can enjoy outdoor dining on the grill or simply relax with a cup of coffee.
The master bedroom features a cozy king bed, a private balcony with seating, and en suite bath with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub. All linens and towels are provided, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your stay.
For added convenience, this condo offers secure underground parking, ensuring your vehicle is safe and easily accessible throughout your visit. When you're not at the beach, take advantage of the community sun deck, a great spot to soak up the sun or unwind with a good book.

- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by (Property Management) (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 4, sleeps 4 people in beds. (1 King bed and 2 Twin beds)
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, PSP will make every attempt to re-book my (OUR) Reservation. If PSP re-rents the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, PSP may re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a $350 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If PSP is unable to re-rent the property for the week of my (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy, however a 10% cancellation fee of the total rental rate, and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
