Located just up the road from the pristine beach of Anini Beach, you'll find you have everything you need in this perfect home. A short 5-minute drive will take you to the town of Kilauea for fun activities, shopping and dining. A little further north in about 10-minutes you'll reach the towns of Princeville and Hanalei with even more great dining, beaches, shopping and activities. As a great access point to all the fun activities on Kauai, Anini Mauka is the perfect place for friends and family to gather. Tucked in amongst a jungle of tropical landscaping, this home feels like a sanctuary.
Anini Mauka provides you great access to Anini and Kalihiwai beaches that are minutes away. Drive down the road and be at the back of Kalihiwai Bay, where you can play with your family and kids in the river, paddle board to the waterfall and surf all day long. You can also drive a couple of minutes to Anini beach, great for snorkeling, swimming and shell picking.
The home is a tropical paradise with modern island style furniture, open floor plan, and cool, soft breezes throughout thanks to the open windows and overhead ceiling fans. Beautiful, upgraded touches include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stone and tile bathrooms, and enough space for everyone. The main living room has large A/C unit that keeps the entire home nice and cool.
Enjoy lounging in the open living area watching a movie on the large flat screen TV, lay out a lawn chair in the lush backyard reading a book and soaking up some rays, or enjoy a nice morning coffee on the enclosed screened in lanai.
The master bedroom includes a King bed and attached full bath. The two guest rooms in the main area of the home boasts Queen beds. The first guest bedroom in the main area had its own magnificent bathroom with dual sinks, sweeping vanity area and an expansive shower with dual shower heads. The second guets bedroom, opens up to another living area with a small kitchen, full bathroom, extra washer and dryer, dining area and a living room.
