Wet bars, billiards, and a gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances cater to your every need, while the ambiance is enhanced by original Polynesian artwork and hand-blown art glass, complementing the casual beach decor.  Every bedroom feature an ensuite outdoor shower,  and boasts breathtaking views of the ocean and sunset.

Take a short stroll of 150 feet to the water's edge, and charming little beach, where crystal-clear waters await your unique snorkeling and/or diving adventure.  Take a plunge into the warn waters to discover mysterious sea caves and a pristine coral reef which is home to a plethora  of Hawaiian tropical reef fish species.  Enjoy the show of dazzling colored fish.  Butterfly, Wrasse, Parrot, Puffer, and Damselfish will memorize you as you swim amongst them.  Pease don't miss the endemic Hawaiian Green (Property Management)s(Honu) as they sunbath and feast on algae just in front of this home.  Afterwards take a warm rinse in the outdoor shower and pop in the ocean view spa .

Puako is a small well kept secret neighborhood known for its sunny weather and an old Hawaii atmosphere with pristine clear water and beautiful coastline of Big Island.  Explore while you walk, jog or bike in the neighborhood.  Just behind the seawall is a charming white sand beach awaits, providing a serene escape. When walking down Puako Beach Road, you feel like you have stepped back in time to a much simpler, slower paced world where peace and tranquility abound.

This home, Hale I’a U’i Puako, is located on the Kohala Coast  1/2 hour drive north of the Kailua-Kona Airpot between The Orchid Fairmont and Mauna Kea Beach Resort.
Within the Puako community, there are two small churches, a general store named the Blue Wilderness which offers basic groceries, fresh sandwiches, and pizza.It is also full service dive shop, which rents snorkeling and SCUBA gear and offers ocean adventures.

There are restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, beautiful beaches, golf courses all within a 15minute drive. Please check out Puako, HI on Trip Advisor, Lonely Planet, and Yelp.
