This two-story, townhome style condo opens into a spacious main floor, boasting a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and all new appliances. You will also find a washer and dryer, and spacious half bath on the main floor. Air Conditioning available on the Main Floor & Master Bedroom Upstairs! No AC in the twin bedroom upstairs.

Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk in shower only (no tub) with updated amenities. The master bedroom offers a large lanai with stunning ocean views, and a cozy table where you are invited to take in the beauty of the Kona coast. MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

This was a nice condo with a good view of the ocean. Very comfortable and everything you need. Perfect location for walking the strip in Kona. You can walk everywhere so no need to constantly be trying to find a place to park. Excellent Luau just across the street."

Unit #229 was very clean inside, the property and
pool area were very clean also. The vacuum cleaner in the unit was broken and I called and a new one was sent the next day. I used the AC upstairs every night, I never used the guest room but not having AC in that second bedroom would have been an issue if I have guests in there. I would recommend having the pool key location available in the unit, I could not find it my first night, I called the emergency contact number and that was not any help, I found the key in a bowl on a shelf by the tv the next day. "

"Nice location
Very nice and clean. Nice walking distance to many restaurants. Nice having the washer and dryer. Not that this could be fixed but I would have liked if the lanai was off the living room and not off the master. A bit hard to bring food, coffee or drinks up stairs just to sit on the lanai. The room with the twin beds does not have an AC and the windows are only screens with shutters on the outside. Every night I had to listen to the neighbors child whine and you can hear anyone chatting near by if their doors are open. Other than that it is a nice place. "

This condo worked well for us. The location was perfect for us, as we walked to restaurants and shopping as much as possible. The kitchen had all we needed, and there was plenty enough of an ocean view for us to enjoy each morning. Read the accommodations carefully for no surprises. There is no air conditioning upstairs in the bedrooms, but, at least in February, if you close the drapery in the morning and open the windows at night the temperature was perfect. Worked well for the low price!"

It was a wonderful space. It was well appointed and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with anything you might need. The view from the master was jive and it was easy walking distance to a ton of restaurants and a short drive to grocery shopping. They were friendly and quick to respond to our requests. I was a little worried that there was no air conditioning in the rooms but we didn’t need it at all. "

"The O in
O stands for owner!Owners care and take the extra mile because it is their business. Owners if they are to see you they want to chat few minutes with you to know who you are and where are you coming from, tell you about the best poke bowl in town...managers don't.I encountered a small mishaps since I started my vacation in this unit; day 1 a remote control with dead batteries that leaves you without TV the night you arrive, a wrong WIFI password in the welcome binder, no WIFI till I figured it out, 1 gallon trash can...4 empty yogurt cups fill it out, 2 garbage bags for 10 days reservation and 4 adults in the apartment, no toilet brush, no Lysol or bleach, 1/2 full liquid soap dispenser again for 10 days...was it a bad vacation? No...was it a bad stay ...NO but I always wonder how small things can damage a reputation. Reasonable apartment, functional, clean, hot water sometimes not available based on the general demand in the complex. Too much BS from management prior to your arrival...too many automated emails...App and password...they say that you have a concierge service...when I emailed that "Concierge" asking for more garbage response till today...The concierge can buy you groceries prior to your arrival for a small fee of US$ 100.00 plus the cost of food! what a shame...if you hire an employee on $15/hr and send him back and forth in Uber to Walmart round trip and make 100% markup you will not reach $US 100.00. Is that how you add value to your property and improve experience and build a reputation? We are more than 11 years experience with in several continents, affluent Canadians, always dealt with owners not managers...this is by far the least memorable..because of the BS. There is a mechanism by the window to keep them open to circulate air at all times, however the protective mesh to keep bugs out is not secured and bugs have a way in, need fix. Bring your own salt and pepper, oil and butter, shampoo and body wash."
