Kona Shores#130 is a spectacular ground floor condo at an Oceanfront Condominium Complex. Kona Shores is just a mile to all restaurants, cafes and shopping within Kailua Village. From the oceanfront Pool and BBQ Area you will be able to enjoy the famous Kona Sunsets, as well as the cruise ships, parasailing, whale and dolphin watching. Potentially you could be lucky and spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset, as the sun dips behind the horizon.
Unit#130 is a thoughtfully laid out floor plan that will give you space and comfort during your stay. The remodeled kitchen features full sized appliances, beautiful cabinets and granite counters. A large flat screen, smart TV for your entertainment. There are tiled floors and an A/C in the living area and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. Kona Shores 130 is decorated with very clean and comfortable furnishings. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable TV are both available. This unit includes a brand new, fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining area, as well as dining on the lanai. Kona Shores, a very popular, oceanfront complex, offers a pool, and BBQ area facing the ocean. There are laundry facilities for your convenience.
The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is a short walk or drive away. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing…Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge at the pool.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.
