Kona Shores#130 is a spectacular ground floor condo at an Oceanfront Condominium Complex. Kona Shores is just a mile to all restaurants, cafes and shopping within Kailua Village. From the oceanfront Pool and BBQ Area you will be able to enjoy the famous Kona Sunsets, as well as the cruise ships, parasailing, whale and dolphin watching. Potentially you could be lucky and spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset, as the sun dips behind the horizon.

Unit#130 is a thoughtfully laid out floor plan that will give you space and comfort during your stay. The remodeled kitchen features full sized appliances, beautiful cabinets and granite counters. A large flat screen, smart TV for your entertainment. There are tiled floors and an A/C in the living area and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. Enjoy a comfortable queen sized sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed for you to start and end your day. There is an assigned parking space that is close to the unit. Enjoy vacationing with the comforts of home!

Kona Shores 130 is decorated with very clean and comfortable furnishings. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable TV are both available. This unit includes a brand new, fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining area, as well as dining on the lanai. Kona Shores, a very popular, oceanfront complex, offers a pool, and BBQ area facing the ocean. There are laundry facilities for your convenience.

The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is a short walk or drive away. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and shopping right along the water's edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau's, farmer's markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing…Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge at the pool.

Unit#130 is a non smoking and pet free property.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Great Place to stay in Kona
We stayed here 3 nights while we waited for a larger room to open up in the adjacent condo building at Sea Village next door. The room size was comfortable for my family of 4 if everyone is going to bed at the same time! I have 2 children, 9 and 11. The AC in the front window worked well to cool the whole unit. The kitchen was stocked well with all the tools you would need and there's a lot of other supplies in the room too that were very helpful on our trip including snorkels, boogie boards, ice packs and a cooler. The room is right on the road with no view or anything, but it suited our needs. Very easy ground floor access and a reserved parking space."

"A good location
The place was in a nice location and we enjoyed the pool. We did not sleep well because of the loud traffic right outside the unit. We also ran out of toilet paper on day 3 of 10. Basic necessities should be reconsidered to give guests the convenience of having supplies for their entire stay. Especially for what we pay. Instead we left the rental with more than they left us!"

The condo had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The location is close enough to the historic town to walk down and back. The pool’s location right on the ocean allowed us to watch whales most afternoons. The only downside was the traffic noise from Ali’i Drive. "

"Hawaii Oasis
Our stay at Kona Shores was amazing! The unit was very clean and comfortable; with a beautiful view of the ocean at the pool. The location was perfect, less than a mile walk to Kona. There were many options for dining and purchasing supplies. Close to many of the beautiful beaches for snorkeling or just enjoying the sunshine. Included were beach towels, chairs, body boards, a cooler and ice packs for day long trips. I would definetly share at Kona Shores the next time I visit the big island of Hawaii. Michigan Travelers"

"Kona Shores Beach cutie!
This was a delightful little place to stay! Decorated so cute and really close to everything! We loved the soft towels! There were beach towels and even beach chairs, coolers, boogie boatds and some snorkel gear we could use. The kitchen had all the appliances you could want to cook with and everything was very clean. There isn’t a dishwasher, but we didn’t mind. We would stay here again! "

"Great location and stay
Good location. Central to everything. We love Knutson by the way. Always great to deal with.
Ground floor unit fronting Alii.
Easy access door lock.
Good air conditioning.
New pots/pans. Starter filters, sugar/creamers and some seasonings. Some interior finishes upgraded and bed was comfortable. Small lanai for two.
Praise be for the dedicated work space with adjustable desk and 2 monitors! In the last 10 condos we’ve rented this is by far the best workspace we’ve encountered. Solid WiFi . Thank you! 10 days of working remote were a pleasure.
Pool area nice with direct view of ocean.
On site laundry using PayRange app. Head through the walkway by parking stall 88.
No gas bbq on property - common social area outside with picnic tables though.
Relatively quiet with some road noise, but new windows really help.
Would rent again, and always happy to work with Knutson."

"Nice, Clean, Comfortable. Responsive staff.
Very comfortable King Sized bed. Very clean. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Central location to all the Kona Ali’i Drive got spots. Very responsive property management staff. Nice pool that is right on the ocean. Very enjoyable stay. Only negative we’re the upstairs neighbors who tend to (loudly) walk across the floor quite often at all hours of the night and day. However they may have been vacation renters as well. We did not hear them the first two nights. So future renters may not experience that fairly loud family. Of course that is not the fault of our renting company. "
