It's quite the spacious floor plan. Tile floors throughout, Crown moulding, Granite countertops and 2 lanais! Main Living Room Lanai is a Juliet Lanai, so this is only for Viewing. The Master Bedroom Lanai is large enough for Seating & Relaxation onto the incredible grounds!

A really amazing garden view, the condo feels incredibly private when looking out onto the Grounds!

Centrally located with easy access via Walua Rd to Kuakini Hwy and all parts of the west side. Don’t get stuck in the traffic on Ali'i each day if you like to explore widely. This is great basecamp for people who want to adventure widely exploring the best places of Hawaii during the day and then enjoy a short walk or drive to go out to eat or shop in the evening.

5 minute walk to Honl’s beach to relax in the sand, boogie board or watch the Kona sunsets.

8 minute walk to Island Lava Java oceanfront restaurant and many more along Alii Drive in town. No need to drive or park for a night out on the town.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.

MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

The condo was clan, well-appointed with swim fins, beach chairs, towels, full kitchen accessories, and pool in a pleasant environment. Works great for 2 couples. Shops and restaurants in easy walking distance."

"Disappointed
The location was great, the home was great also, but their was a few thing that were disappointing, the property hadr some issue upon check in, which I had a hard time checking in, I had to call the property management for check in instructions, when finally checked in I notified the property host in regurads to the damage that were already their, I am being charged for an iron board holder that came off the wall along with some dry wall due to the weight of the ironing board, mind you I did not use the iron board my whole visit it was located next to washer and dryer , the shade from out side of the patio fell down ( came off the hooks) during the night when it was raining, again I am being charged for that also,when trying to explain the situation with them after being charge over $300 for damage, they had the nerve to say I don’t want to pay and I am a bad guest, that was really shocking to me and disappointing
I also rented another unit through this company for the same amount of days and dates, and I must say I had no issues at all with other unit nor it host the other unit was perfect no complaints."

"Almost perfection
Because of airline issues we got in later than anticipated. Had a little trouble finding exact parking area because the streets seem pretty dark. Other than that the condo was perfect. Very clean and organized, well provided for traveling needs. Definitely would recommend and stay again. Thank you."
