Keauhou Punahele#D-103 is a beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with approximately 1200 interior sq feet. It sits right on Keauhou Country Club golf course. Enjoy an expansive lanai that reaches from living room to the master bedroom. It's equipped with patio furniture, a Private gas grill and roll down sun shades to keep the unit cool.
You'll take 1 set of stairs down to the Ground Level from the parking area and when you enter into Unit #D-103, there's a spacious living room with a plenty of seating space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need!
The Master bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, duel vanity sinks and a large walk in shower!
The Guest bedroom hosts a set of twin beds and plantation shutters on the windows for privacy when needed. It does have its own guest bathroom with a walk in shower as well! The property is equipped with it's own full size washer & dryer!

You truly feel like you're in your own world in this very private and & very quiet Keauhou Punahele garden level condo. This condo is just 25 feet from the lanai to the pool. Keauhou Punahele has a tropical styled pool, spa and pavilion area! Keauhou Punahele is positioned along the Kona Country Club golf course, close to Keauhou Bay for swimming, paddling and boating. Located in popular Keauhou Resort, everything you need is just minutes away: dining and shopping, plus a weekly Farmer's market, a movie theater and services, the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa for oceanfront restaurants and entertainment. MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Special vacation
This unit is probably the closest to the swimming pool which was so nice for our grandkids to be able to walk maybe 50 feet and be by the pool. We had a lifetime of memories "

"Lousy Apartment
The first bedroom was loud in the night because of the bypass road.
The dishes seemed to be from the bulky waste.
The spoons had rough edges though I got a cut in my lips.
the sun blinds were totally distroyed and therefor useless.
The whole equipment seemed to be older than 15 years.
In Germany you would rent this unit twice the first and the last time.
Normally we should get money back because of these circumstances."

"Family trip to Kona 2023
The location is great.
Cleanliness was not. My feet were black after one evening walking on the tile floors. A variety of insects visited us and there was a quarterly bug fumigation scheduled during our stay but we don’t believe it happened.
One bug came out from under the dryer and when we moved it the mess was disgusting.
Beach chairs were old and well used. Same with the snorkeling gear. Water socks stunk. No boogie boards so we shared with my sister who was in another unit in the same complex.
“Essential cooking supplies” which was in the description, consisted of a salt and pepper and a drop of oil. My sisters unit had an array of spices and oils, vinegar, and baking needs.
Fans sort of worked but air flow was not good and master bedroom blinds are duct tapped together. Some fans could only go on low or worked part time. Furniture is dated.
the bathrooms look new and are great. BBQ was new.
Property management was very good at getting us things when asked but it sure didn’t feel like an owner ever went there. Just way too low end and in need of some TLC.
In the end it was not a terrible experience or stay but it could have been so much better. Simply charge $5 per night more and provide some of the listed items any customers would like to have. A box of Kleenex for example.
It didn’t feel very homey and that is what we love about our other rentals was had in the past.
At $200+ per night we expected more. "

"Family vacation
Great Condo. Would recommend replacing the lani with a different tile as the sprinkler get it wet and becomes very slick. We had two slip and falls with one resulting in an ER visit as our 3 yr old who was being held by her mother when she fell and landed on her and fractured her foot."

"Great Vibes
We stayed here for a week in late June. This place has great energy, and it is very relaxing. The design of the home is open and gives you an expansive feeling. The master bathroom is fantastic. During the day, we spent most of our time on the Lanai. The pool and the jacuzzi are also a short 30-second walk. We also enjoyed the proximity to the Keauhou shopping center and the snorkeling at two step, Captain Cook's and Kahalu'u. Most importantly the management was very responsive to all our needs. "

we were not on vacation but needed condo to allow us to visit dying relative in Keauhou. Location and condo verry suitable for Mother and Grown Son to have privacy. a few suggestions: kitchen sponge for dishes, trash container in smaller bedroom, and easier operation of all lights and fans! "

"SPECTACULAR LOCATION & UNIT
Keauhou Punehele D-103 was the
perfect place for our Big Island stay. Nestled into a quiet spot with all the amenities of home. A short walk to the water, or a couple minutes drive to the most beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars along the Kona coast. The condo has a lovely island vibe, is well stocked with kitchen tools and linens, and is spacious enough to have the neighbors over for pau hana, or bring along the family! The pool and spa facilities are top-notch as well, making it easy to just relax and enjoy right at “home”. We can’t wait to come back! Special Mahalos to the property management for attending to all the details. No room for improvements!"
