Deluxe unit at Casa De Emdeko: VERY spacious, complete renovated unit, at this Ocean Front complex. Tastefully appointed 920 sq ft . apartment. Ocean views from spacious covered Lanai, view of pool tropical gardens! Open floor plan, with spacious kitchen. Casa De Emdeko also has one of the few oceanfront pools where you can swim and soak up the warm Hawaiian sun while watching the whales or dolphins play, depending on the season you visit. Swaying Palm Trees on our private sandy sunning area at the oceans edge offers glorious sunsets with a special sense of serenity. The popular Cabana, BBQ's, and Lanai tables are perfect for dining gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world. Renovated Kitchen and bathroom, the Bathroom features a large walk in shower! Washer & Dryer access at the complex in Community Laundry room, but not inside the unit itself.

Kitchen Dining table, large living room views galore! Perfect location, second floor, close to elevator with all the conveniences at your finger tips. Two Pools, salt water ocean front pool and garden pool. Private white sand sunning beach, Ocean front BBQ area and dining.

*Casa will be replacing the chiller the week of 9/23/24 - 9/27/24.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Africa stay at Casa De Emdeko 230
We had a fantastic time, the rental was very clean and welcoming. I wish it would have had some things like a washer and dryer, even though it was provided for cost, it would have been nice. And the fix for the shower drainage, it just needs a grate drain put by the opening and it wouldn’t hold water so badly in that area. Also, one other thing would be some beach chairs to take to local beaches. But overall we loved the place!!"

Great experience with Knutson and Associates. Complex was VERY secure, very clean and beautifully landscaped. Condo was just as described and clean. Well stocked with beach items. Check in and out was well documented. Complex residents were very nice and accommodating. When we come back to Hawaii Island we'll stay here again!"

"The perfect spot!
We wanted a place with an ocean view and AC! Both were great and so much more. We listened to the birds as we sat on the deck each morning with the beautiful landscape and ocean views. The pools were nice and clean. The ocean front lounge chairs were great for reading and listening to the ocean. The owner of this unit was SO gracious providing foils, pool noodles, spices, cooler bag. The bed was comfortable and shower head was great. The mgt company provided very accurate information and were responsive. We couldn't have asked for more!"

"Perfect place for our Big Island vacation
This is our favorite place to spend our time in Kona. There are two pools and an oceanfront barbecue area where we love to spend time and relax. The condo had everything we needed and a welcoming beachy feel. It was very clean and the management company did a great job of checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. We would definitely stay again. "
