CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Beautiful condo in Kona
This place is beyond our expectations. Beautiful decoration, ocean view, quiet at night, we could watch sunset form just across the street. Short drive to several beach parks and to downtown Kona. The management team was very easy to communicate with. The bed was super comfortable, which is the most important to me when I travel. "Wonderful Oceanfront Condo!
We had an amazing stay at this condo! Very clean, fresh, and well maintained (plenty of towels, well appointed kitchen, and newer appliances). We enjoyed the beautiful ocean views and hearing the waves on our lanai everyday. The condo is situated right across the street from a scenic cove where surfers often come in the mornings. We enjoyed being in a convenient location near shops and restaurants but away from the crowded area in a more quiet area. The ceiling fans and AC in every room was a huge plus! Thank you to the rental management for checking in with us almost daily by text to make sure we had everything we needed. "
