CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"A Slice of Heaven with Aloha Vibes
The property EXCEEDED expectations! Beautifully remodeled, well-appointed with new & quality kitchen supplies, super clean, roomy space, and fun beach body boards too. Distance from town was awesome--a quick walk to plenty of food & shopping. The pool was a bit sparse, but great to know it was there if we needed to take a dip--we went to the beach every day so didn't use it. The community was quiet and so peaceful to sit out on the balcony and chill. Last but not least, the bed was the MOST comfortable we've slept in! We travel a lot, and couldn't believe how incredible it was...we have actually contacted the mattress company to order one for our home.

Huge shout out to K&A Management: Their communication throughout was very welcoming, responsive and consistent. I felt reassured that if I needed something, I could reach out and receive a timely (and friendly) response.

"Trip to Hawaii
The house was clean and everything needed was there such as kitchen appliances. The location was great too close to the downtown full of good restaurants. Walmart was close too. There’s no laundry detergent left, not a big deal though. The property was super quiet. People from the apartment behind were noisy."
