CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Family stay
This condo has everything we could’ve asked for and more! Very clean on arrival. Excellent communication with the host company. Gorgeous views. The lanai is huge! Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds (including the sofa bed!). So many wonderful beach toys to use!! Easy walk to the most beautiful beach. Central location, easy drive to stores and restaurants. "A "hidden" gem
I can't say enough good things about his rental. We were part of a large group that had four units for the week. Ours was by far the best view. The LARGE wraparound lanai with the ocean view at sunset really sealed the deal. I would highly recommend unit 225 in particular but none of the units my family group rented were in any way bad. The next time we visit the big island, we will book here again!"

"Our Hawaii Vacation
This was a great place to stay! Loved the location. My husband was happy with the choice of cookware. Also a nice supply of trash bags, dishwasher soaps, etc. When the batteries went dead on the thermostat the property management team brought us new batteries even though it was the 4th of July. "Awesome beach retreat!
Awesome place to stay! Across the street from the beach, close to shops and activities, and provided a lot of beach accessories. Plenty of room for the five of us to have our own space or space to share. Loved the lanai to enjoy quiet time and the view. "

"Great quiet location
A couple miles from busy Kona, and across the street from the beach.

Unit contained extra pool, snorkeling, and beach gear to use throughout the stay - nice perk!

All appliances worked great - linens were a little older and worn and could use replacing, but overall a great stay for the cost."

"Magical Location
Host was amazing, constantly in contact to make sure everything was OK. The location was fantastic right across the street from Magic Beach which was one of the best beaches to swim in on Kona. Unit was well equipped really nice kitchen great views of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Kona."

"Great rental for families
This is a great vacation rental. The location is nice and the complex overall is quiet and clean. The kitchen has everything you'd want or need. Normal sized fridge for all your food and adult beverages! The pool area is great. There are 3 community grills so you can get your BBQing done by the pool as well.

The property management company made it easy to check in and was very communicative. They made it clear that if we needed anything to contact them and they were proactive. I contacted them about 1 minor issue and they responded ASAP.

If you have small kids or folks who are not experienced swimmers, the beach during the time we went was pretty rough. Great for our surfing clan, but for some it may not be the best.

Overall if we bring our family back here we would stay in this rental if it was available. "

"Pros and cons
Pros: Apartment is nice, very cool wrap-around balcony, furniture is nice, massive TV in the living room, bed is comfortable, place was clean. The staff were accommodating when I needed to change the dates of our stay.

Cons: The elevator is inconveniently located - you have to walk 50-100 yards and then still go down 5 or 6 steps when you get to the 3rd floor, so might as well just take the stairs, which is kind of annoying when you have your luggage. There is a horrible ant problem, so don't accidentally leave ANYTHING out. They literally went for the smallest crumbs left on the counter. The cleaning crew was there at 10:55 am on check-out day, so we felt very much rushed out the door, which I did not like because I fear of forgetting something. And i just generally don't like this, I am on vacation. Please don't be knocking on the door before check-out time. Also, while I appreciate the staff being accommodating, what I don't like was they email you a VERY long lease agreement to sign AFTER you book the place, and the booking was non-refundable. So if you disagree with the lease agreement, you're SOL. Some nit-picky things in the lease I didn't approve of, like you have to take the trash out (even though I pay a cleaning fee...). If I don't take the trash out, do I incur an extra fee? I didn't want to take the chance. So not only was I rushed out the door with all my luggage, I also had to take the bag of trash with me.

"Big Island Vacation
When we arrived, I felt right at home, the condo was perfect for our stay in Hawaii, the property is clean and well maintained, the location at magic sands beach is awesome and the sunset view from the lani was enjoyed every evening, we also made use of all the beach toys,cooler,etc. the furniture is comfortable and clean, the AC kept us comfortable at night for sleeping,the property manager is on top of their game and made the whole process smooth. I would stay again and recommend this property. "

"Kona Komfort
Our family of 4 stayed at this unit while visiting the Kona side of the Big Island. There were so many things to love. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Could definitely accommodate 6. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit is on the end so noise was never an issue. The beach supplies, including chairs, snorkels, cooler, etc were a bonus. The furniture was very nice. The wrap around lanai was perfect for enjoying the views. The ground were excellent. We enjoyed using the pool, the grill station, and the pool table. The location was close to a grocery store. The beach across the street was good for the views but not use. There were always homeless people using the beach as their “camp” either on the beach or on the road beside the beach. Overall I would definitely recommend the condo but find a different beach to enjoy... there are many to pick from! "

"Cozy, Perfect Location
The 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and spacious family room with wrap around balcony were perfect for our family. We had a view of the ocean from the balcony every morning for breakfast. The condo was very cozy and the kitchen had all of the pots and pans needed for when cooking in. We were very happy with our stay. "
