Holualoa Bay Villas, Unit#105 is absolutely STUNNING! This gorgeous remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is right in the heart of Kailua-Kona, just across the street from the ocean, specifically gorgeous "Holualoa Bay".

Watch waves crashing against the rocky coastline, outrigger canoe paddlers and spectacular gorgeous sunsets right from your HUGE 280 square foot lanai. Lyman’s surf break, beaches and shopping all are close by!

1232 interior square feet of just gorgeousness. A comfortable fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer access, 2 large bathrooms, an Ocean Facing Master Bedroom with King Bed, & A Generously Sized Guest Bedroom as well with a Queen Sized Bed.

Holualoa Bay Villas is a boutique development of only 14 condos that share a large newly remodeled pool and hot tub, a covered barbecue area, two tennis courts and an exercise room.

Beautiful click track vinyl and tile flooring carry throughout the unit. Gorgeous granite countertops, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances highlight the kitchen. The living room provides abundant space for dining and gathering.
Central air conditioning keeps the unit cool on sunny afternoons.

A large sliding door connects the master bedroom to the lanai and invites the ocean breezes into the room. The master bathroom features a large vanity with dual sinks, and a large, walk-in tile shower with glass doors. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Nice vacation condo
We had a great experience. The condo has nice size rooms, well decorated and clean. The ocean view is the best! We could hear and see the ocean waves from our bedroom , we loved the nice view from our big deck. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo worked well for my husband and I and our two older teen girls. I felt the condo was in safe area and convenient to food areas. We rented a van and was able to get around easy on the island. I would recommend this condo. "

"Permanent party occupants were unwelcoming and discriminatory
The residence, location and management were state of the art. Condo was very clean and beautiful with all essentials needed to accommodate my family during our stay. The view was spectacular. My wife and I are active duty service members with children and being a native resident of Hawaii the permanent party residence of this location really made our stay here unpleasant. From hassling my children while they were at the pool making minimal noise to walking around watching our every activity on the property, they truly make guest feel uncomfortable when we pay a lot of money to stay at a location like this. The threats of fining us for unreasonable infractions to physically and verbally creating confrontations with us made for a visit that truly ruined our experience after not being home on the Big Island for 8 years. It’s individuals like those that reside there that create a barrier between native locals and those that come from the mainland and buy property. Although this property primarily had older residents and we are a bit younger, guests who stay at this property should not experience the hospitality that was shown. The management team kept in contact and communicated very well with us and the property itself was amazing and definitely worth it but what will drive customers away is the lack of control of the residents there and how they treat people that are just guest on the property. "

Condo was well equipped and very good location. The condo was clean, had a lot of beach equipment for those beach days! Loved having washer/dryer, large spacious kitchen, AC, easy spacious parking , and sitting in the large lanai was awesome. Easy to communicate via text when we had a question. "The perfect spot on the Big Island
We were so impressed from the moment we stepped into the property! Super clean and welcoming, spotless and a beautiful view of the ocean. We were able to get around the island to the Volcano National Park, snorkeling at Captain Cook, swimming with manta rays and enjoying Kua Bay for a relaxing beach day. Very good communication from the owner and the perfect way to end our 20th anniversary trip. Mahalo!"

"Beautiful Condo
This is a beautiful and well maintained condo. It is very well appointed with kitchen accessories, towels, beach gear and everything you need for a wonderful Hawaiian vacation. It is very clean and has central AC for those hot days. It was lovely listening to the crash of the waves from the main bedroom. The ocean view is spectacular and the pool and hot tub are very private. Most of the time we were the only people at the pool. On weekends there is a fruit and flower market right across the street. There is also a taco truck across the street. I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed."

"Amazing stay!!
I wrote a review previously about our amazing stay here, but am not sure it went through...but this place is amazing! So clean, beautiful ocean view from the lanai, spacious, and great kitchen space. Communication with was excellent, no issues at all and I appreciated how easily it was to reach if needed via text. Received detailed info on check in. "Great Big Island Stay
This condo was exactly as advertised and very nice. The location is a short drive south of Kailua and a bevy of restaurants, and just north of Magic Sands beach. The patio is huge and well equipped for lounging, and the condo is quite comfortable. The beach directly in front of the condo is rocky and scenic, with great wave action. Parking was easy for us, as the condo was not heavily populated that week. I recommend this location highly. "

nice condo. very well stocked with everything we needed to cook except a jar opener...could have really used one..good beds, lots of towels and beach toys. My only comment would be the floors were not that clean and the counters could have been cleaned better...inspect the work of your cleaners. but overall it was fine"

"Just perfect!
Though we arrived late in the evening, directions and private parking made or arrival easy. The condo was just perfect upon our arrival - more than we had hoped. Though there were only 2 of us, this would be a great unit for 4 people as well. Well stocked, nice linens, super clean, great lanai with ocean views - and you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks even though it's technically across the street. Pool and pool area very clean and comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect Location!
The condo was the perfect location. Super roomy deck with space to enjoy the view the ocean and watch the whales in the morning. Centrally located, so easy to get around. The condo was very well equipped with kitchen basics, beach items, plenty of beach towels. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Highly recommend and would love to stay again. "Nicely equipped condo in great location with great view
We stayed at the condo for 3 nights. The communication by the property management company was very good. The unit was very clean and well-furnished/equipped. The complex is quiet, and the pool was very nice. We would recommend updating the bedding and providing better or a variety of pillows. "

"Fantastic Stay
I stayed at this condo near Magic Sands Beach managed by and had a really good experience. They were quick to respond and flexible, accommodating an early check-in and a late checkout. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach gear like boogie boards and snorkel sets. Overall, a great vacation rental experience. "Room with a View!

"Kona Retreat Paradise!
We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Holualoa Bay Villas #105 and will for sure be back! The property grounds were immaculately maintained, the home was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. We used the on-site pool, BBQ and game room most nights and loved the central location. The covered parking was an extra bonus keeping us dry in the evening rain storms and our car cool from the hot sun. Highly recommend!!"

"Fabulous vacation rental
The thing that I think is above and beyond from other vacation rentals is that the condo we stayed in had a lot of “little things” that other places don’t include.

"Holualoa Bay Villas 105
Holualoa Bay Villas is a lovely property. Situated on Ali’i Drive with a gorgeous view of the ocean and the quaint Living Stones Church property. The unit is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and most importantly, very clean. There are ample ceiling fans and a great cross breeze to keep the unit cool, but the AC is a plus for those warm August evenings. Plenty of utensils and starter supplies were provided. We greatly appreciated the prompt and courteous help from the property managers. A wonderful place to stay in Kona!"

I was very impressed with the accommodation. It's exactly as described in the booking. It's' newly remodeled, and clean. Opening the balcony sliding door and listening to the sound of the ocean was very soothing. You can sit on the balcony and watch people on the beach just across the road. The vacation rental was nice. We had balcony that looked out to the ocean across the street which we enjoyed. The rental was pretty clean. We could not leave the windows open in the back bedroom since the screens popped out really easily and did not seal and therefore not secure. The master bedroom bathroom had a clogged drain in the shower. "
