The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting; a tennis pro is on hand daily for lessons or game improvement coaching.
The large swimming pool ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

So enjoyed Keahou surf and racquet. Safe for kids to wander the premises. So chill. The AC is great in summer humidity

"Great place for family vacation
We chose this place because of the variety of units for rent that were available, so other members of our group could book another unit close by. The location was fantastic with the beach and tide pools just right next door (not really a swimming beach) and the Keauhou shopping center just a half mile up the hill with grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The unit itself was lovely, as was the pool and whole community area. Nice to have AC, and the little lanai was the perfect place to enjoy a meal while listening to the birds and watching the geckos. Rental company was easy to get in touch with and very responsive, too. I’d absolutely stay here again. "

"A perfect retreat from winter on the east coast
KKSR#10 provided a perfect winter getaway. The unit offered a comfortable, clean, pleasant and quiet retreat. The unit is ideally located, far enough from the hustle and business of downtown Kailua, but a sopping center is within walking distance with, a supermarket,pharmacy, cinema, and several restaurants. We can were impressed with Knutson Realty. The realtor contacted us when we first arrive to ensure we were comfortably settled in. We were also impressed with the rapid response to a couple of requests for help (our unfamiliarity with equipment). We are looking forward to return here next year

Good location in complex. Easy to find, easy to park. Less than 2 minute easy stroll to Makolea Beach and peek of the closed Heiau adjacent. Great split air between upstairs and down. In unit washer/dryer great bonus. Easy walk to the pool and the coastal trail. Watch for the mongoose as they come right up to the screens on the front doors and seem to have little fear of people here. "

"Fantastic Find in Kona!
This was a great rental. I was skeptical renting directly from a company sight unseen. But I had heard great things about the complex. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Everything was clean, inviting and very Hawaii relaxing! Favorite parts: The lanai was wonderful to have dinner around, bbq area is located nearby, pool was refreshing, the black beach sunsets that are within 20 feet were remarkable. I called the company to find out where they got the primary bedroom mattress because it was the best rest ever! The location is great for getting around the island. Blake from the rental company was lovely to work with, from checking in on us to being responsive to last day questions. We loved all the restaurants by my favorite was Super J's and don't miss out on the Gelato! To save money we went to the local Walmart for snacks and water which is only 15 minutes away. My family was overdue for a vacation, and this rental did not disappoint! We will be back!!!"

"Wonderful Townhouse
This townhouse was clean, comfortable, and in a great location; yet just minutes away from the noise of busy Kona. It is a corner unit, so no one on one side and no one above or below since it is a 2 story townhouse. It has everything you need for a fun vacation and is a short walk to an uncrowded beach. There is a great snorkeling spot just one minute north by car or 5-10 minutes walking. Really appreciated having separate air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living room. Great of the owners to have installed a stackable washer and dryer in the upstairs bathroom. There is also a full bath downstairs, right inside the front door. Also liked having a key-coded front door, so we did not have to take house keys with us when we were snorkeling. Would stay here again!"

"Full of satisfaction
Property was very clean and well maintained as it is shown on the pictures. Location was great, especially to travel from Kona all the way to South Point. I personally had perfect 4 nights. The only thing someone might dislike is bug - it was no problem to me, and I could see how hard the management made efforts to prohibit bugs. But it seems to be inevitable to have a bit of bugs as the property is surrounded by nature."
