MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Great stay! Wonderful support staff!
The unit provided ample space for both my wife and me, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property management team was highly accommodating and responded promptly to any inquiries we had. The location is ideal! Situated just south of the main Kona area, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the small beach area, which provided a serene spot to relax in the afternoon. Additionally, having a private area to watch the sunset was a wonderful bonus. We would gladly consider staying here again on future trips to Hawaii."

"3x a charm
This is the third time staying in this unit and it was wonderful. We love the quiet of this complex and the faux beach is always lovely at sunset. The condo is conveniently located to town. My only recommendation is to change out the pots and pans.stainless steel tends to burn. But not a deal breaker, overall the kitchen is well stocked. We will continue to reserve this property in the future. "

"Nice condo with ocean view
The listing was very accurate for this condo. There is a new washer/dryer in the unit. Had a comfortable sofa and two chairs for seating in the living area. There is a nice black out shade in the bedroom which provides privacy keeps the outdoor lighting from keeping you awake at night. Could use better lighting in the bathroom. The a/c system doesn’t seem to be adjustable in temperature or fan speed even though the thermostat had options. I don’t think this is specific to this unit, we have stayed in other units with the same issue.

The property manager was very helpful and arranged with the owner to purchase 2 beach chairs since there weren’t any in the unit. "

"Thoroughly Enjoyable Stay
The Casa De Emdeko 323 is located conveniently close to the main area of Kona but far enough away that's not too busy or noisey. The very spacious unit had everything we needed including a washer/dryer (not in all units) and other items such as an ice chest and a snorkel set. We really enjoyed the view. The complex had their own beach/sand area as there is no ocean swimming in the area. We enjoyed several sunsets there. We enjoyed several ocean activities, in particular snorkeling with the manta rays. There's a beach on the other side of the Kamehameha Hotel that we enjoyed. It's call the Keikie Beach Queen’s Bath and has very calm water."

We stayed for 10 days and the location, view, overall property was great. We did have an issue with the A/C unit and Shyya, our property manager did the best she could to mitigate. Overall, it didn’t impact our stay that much."

"Escape to Paradise!
We spent 4 days at Casa De Emdeko 323.
Convenient location, clean and well-equipped condo, many amenities in complex, beautiful views of the Pacific with a few whale sightings as a bonus...
We especially enjoyed the salt water pool bordering the ocean in addition to the "regular" pool in the tropical courtyard."

"Kona Isle C38
We had a 16 days stay at Kona Isle resort. Our place was on the third floor and we had a great location to see the ocean and the beautiful sunsets every day. Our room was clean and nice to have a washer/dryer. The pool a nice option instead of the beach sometimes. It is nice that there is a library with many books to choose from. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again if we come to Kona again. John the maintenance person kept the area very clean. The only con I can say is maybe a queen bed at least, we aren't big people but it is cozy sleeping. Also, there was only one working light by the grills so if you wanted to eat at the outdoor tables it was a little dark. Great place to stay though."
