This gorgeous top floor corner, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit has incredible features. Right when you walk in, it's got the WOW effect!
Being completely remodeled, notable features include: Luxurious Plush Carpeting, Granite countertops, New cabinetry, and a fully remodeled bathroom that has a walk in shower.

Centrally located with easy access via Walua Rd to Kuakini Hwy and all parts of the west side. Don’t get stuck in the traffic on Alii each day if you like to explore widely. This is great basecamp for people who want to adventure widely exploring the best places of Hawaii during the day and then enjoy a short walk or drive to go out to eat or shop in the evening.

5 minute walk to Honl’s beach to relax in the sand, boogie board or watch the Kona sunsets.

8 minute walk to Island Lava Java oceanfront restaurant and many more along Alii Drive in town. Their house MaiTai and French press Kona coffee are both excellent. No need to drive or park for a night out on the town.

Designed with a modern clean aesthetic that is beautiful and very functional. The furniture is comfortable. The condo is set up for ease and easy enjoyment. You can chill on the comfortable couch and enjoy some Netflix before bed.

High end kitchen that might inspire you to cook or feel free to just sit at the island counter and enjoy its beauty and clean lines.

Northeast corner condo on the top floor gets nice morning light coming in through the big east balcony windows for coffee / breakfast time at the new dining table. Cool and shady the rest of the day - this is nice in warm sunny Hawaii. :)

On the 3rd and top floor. There is no elevator but it's a nice gentle open air staircase. The top floor is the best... quieter than lower floors, better breezes and nice views out toward the ocean from the breezeway.

Fast 200 mbps cable wifi internet and Roku connected TV to stream video on the big screen.

Air Conditioning is available and you might not want to use it... Open the tall louvered screened windows and big screen balcony door to let in the island breeze, natural light, bird song in tall palms right outside and the smell of the ocean. Love.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Unit #302A Kona Mansion
Kona Mansion #302A offered us a taste of Paradise nestled within the beautiful Kona Coastal Area. While the location of Kona Mansion #302A undoubtedly enhanced the overall experience, there are some drawbacks to consider. Firstly, this particular unit lacks a Lanai, depriving us of a traditional outdoor space to relax and soak in the coastal ambiance. Additional, the view from this accommodation overlooks the parking lot rather than the scenic coastal landscape, which disappointed us of panoramic vistas. Furthermore, the absence of a blender in the kitchen was inconvenience since we enjoy preparing our meals and blending refreshing beverages. These negatives detracted from the overall convenience and functionality of the accommodation. "

"Wonderful Stay in Kona
Our room exceeded expectations! The condo had all the things we needed in a plentiful supply. It was clean, bright and even had traditional Hawaiian music playing when we arrived! There was an issue with the coffeemaker and it was quickly resolved by the management company. Easy walking distance to town, restaurants, and sights."

"Pleasant Stay
The condo was good for what we needed... it was clean, well equipped, quiet, and responses to our questions were prompt. We did run into some plumbing issues that were never resolved over our stay but managed to work around it. The design of the place is odd in that the only window in the living space overlooks the parking lot and directly into several other condos but you cant do to much about that."

"As Wonderful as Kona Coffee!!!
What can I say? We simply LOVED the place!!! Fully equipped HIGH END kitchen; amazing rainhead or waterfall shower (you choose which) complete with body jets; and the best bed I've slept in in years and years -- so great, we asked the property manager to reach out to the owners to find out where they got the bed! My only regret is that we didn't have a longer stay in Kona to fully enjoy the wonderful home!"

Kona Mansions was a perfect place for me to stay. It has been newly renovated. It was close to the town. Had a fabulous kitchen with great kitchenware.The complex was quiet and everyone was really nice. I felt safe. Would have been helpful to have some basic cooking usuals. The unit did have salt and pepper but some olive oil and a few common spices would have been so great. Maybe a few single laundry detergent pods. "
