Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quite and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Perfectly located for exploring and enjoying Ali'i Drive
Our vacation rental experience was enjoyable due to the condo's location and spaciousness. Although we've been to Kona several times before, we were not able to explore Ali'i drive like we did because of parking and walking distance. Staying at #215, Kona Plaza allowed us to walk around to all of the shops, visitor attractions, and beaches without having to find parking or walk a far distance. The convenience of this condo allowed us peruse Ali'i drive stress free. We also liked that the check in process was easy and our property manager provided great customer service. "

"Great Stay!
The instructions on checking in and checking out were great. The unit was clean and ready to go. The location was great for being able to walk to activities and food locations. The AC units worked well too. Only thing of note is the rather small washing machine and the direction to not leave more than two loads at the end of the stay to be washed or an additional fee will be charged. When using the pullout couch and washing comforters/quilts, it would take several loads to get this request accomplished with the small machine. Overall a great stay here! Would stay again for sure. "

"Kona plaza review
Overall, the stay was positive. The location was great. The unit and the entire building is somewhat dated but comfortable. My biggest complaint would be the numerous and rather stern instructions on the requirements of our stay, arrival and departing steps, etc. No one was ever in the office anytime we walked by. All the construction was certainly an annoyance."

"Kailua-Kona stay
It was a nice condo, better than expected. Tv did not work first night, it was replaced on the last night. We did see roach activity, so we kept all food in fridge. Sofa couch not comfortable, but did the job. It was a hassle to get to parking garage thur elevator you needed a key all the time, and parking garage entrance was difficult with large vehicle due to renovations going on.

We enjoyed our stay in Kona Plaza #215, 2 weeks ago now! The condo was laid out perfectly for my wife and I, we loved the screened in balcony and had coffee out there daily, WOW! We loved the decor (color schemes) and all the amenities!
We enjoyed the pool as well as the Grills on the roof tops (we were in a group of 10)! The starter supplies were very thoughtful as well as the On Site Manager! Very clean property & we will stay there in the future!

"Lovely spacious apartment, perfect for our trip to Kona
The apartment was perfectly fitted out for two couples, spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The key for the lift to the garage was a bit tricky but we managed to get it to work most days.

"Location and the Lanai are the star
Our recent visit in late March 2022, they were doing construction. It was a bit loud in the morning but we were gone most of the day so it’s not a big deal. The place was a challenge to find using our navigation since the entrance is hidden from Main Street. The condo itself was nice. We enjoyed having to fit 6 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms and only 1 tv to share that was intermittently going out (black or white out screen.) I loved the art work, the beach items and childrens beach toys were helpful. The location was perfect for the price we pay. It’s only a 5 min walk from the family friendly beach. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars we can eat at but to save $$, we made our own food and local markets were just 5 mins away by car. You have Walmart, Food land for (perfect for delicious poke or fresh produce.) Target is a few mins away as well. The condo was cute but the pull out couch was uncomfortable. I loved the pillows tho. They were comfortable. Grateful for the extras the condos have that resorts won’t have. We did the night snorkel with the mantas at night and that meet up spot was only 5 min walk away from the condo. The unit has a washer and dryer that was very useful. Although, the washer during spin cycle was ridiculously loud. The neighbors we spoke with were nice and friendly too. "
