Or straight to the expansive lanai through the sliding glass doors offering an ideal indoor-outdoor experience alongside the shimmering pool and jacuzzi. Or past the billiard table and media room to all five brilliantly decorated bedrooms.

Hale Nui is a stunning multi-level masterpiece smartly positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac and rests atop the world-famous Ka'anapali Golf Course. Within minutes, you are at your favorite restaurants, browsing through shops, and sinking your toes in the sand at nearby Ka'anapali Beach. Once back at Hale Nui, an unforgettable sunset view brings an end to a day of non-stop excitement!

Each of the bedrooms serves as a private retreat! The upstairs master suites are furnished with new King-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, and contemporary bathrooms, isolated lanais with ocean views. In a downstairs corner of the home, is a bedroom with a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. In a separate hall, you'll find the Kids' room furnished with a Queen-sized bed, 1 bunk set with 2 full beds, and 1 bunk set with 2 twin beds – also with an ensuite bathroom. Further down the hall is another bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom.

Photos don't accurately capture the leisure and relaxation found in the central living area of Hale Nui. Whether you choose to read a book, listen to your favorite playlist, or roll around the floor with toddlers – you'll enjoy any activity in natural sunlight gleaming through colossal picture windows, and under the highest ceilings. The billiard room sits above the living area and has a big-screen TV and bar seating. In this same space, you'll find a media/game room with a 55” 4K TV with built-in ROKU and board games on the shelves.

The gourmet kitchen is definitely an attention-getter! Culinary creations will be easily mastered in this bright, open area – equipped with all your kitchen needs! There is a gas stove with 6 burners, a large refrigerator, and a walk-in pantry! Also included are a microwave oven, wine fridge, and stand-alone clear ice maker. Clean-up is easy and simple with a dual dishwasher!

Hale Nui features a refreshing outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa, with enough lounge chairs for everyone to enjoy. Here, you'll also want to make good use of the outdoor gas grill. For beachgoers, there's an outdoor shower and half-bath at poolside.

The enchanting embrace of Hale Nui will linger long after you return home.

**Please be aware that the driveway has an initial steep incline; low cars such as convertibles may have trouble accessing the driveway and will bottom out. We highly suggest guests rent cars such as an SUV with a higher lift to be able to clear the top of the driveway.

Refundable Security Deposit of $1500 will be taken at time of booking. The Security Deposit will be refunded in 10 business days after departure.

Maui County Vacation Rental Permit Legal Requirements: Occupants and Guests need to review, sign, and return “MPP Guest Rental Agreement-Custom Homes” and “House Rules for Occupants and Guests”. Without both signed documents, booking will be rejected.

Additional House Policies/Rules with Specific Details to be Signed When Booking Request is Accepted.
1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours must not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
3. Vehicles must be parked in the designated onsite parking area and must not be parked on the street.
4. Parties or group gatherings are not allowed

No Mail Allowed: We are unable to receive USPS mail, including letters and packages at this rental. For medical-related items, please contact our Reservations Team for assistance.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, some pests simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

House Rules for Occupants and Guests

Aloha and welcome to our Ka’anapali home, Hale Nui (Big Home). We certainly hope you enjoy your stay on Maui. Due to the home’s County Vacation Rental Permit, there are some rules below that we ask you to be aware of and follow during your stay. As the Property Manager for this house you are occupying and we are responsible for all the issues you may have with the property you are in.

Quiet hours: 9PM to 8AM - You are staying in a residential area, so we kindly ask that you please arespect the neighbors who live and work here.

Check-in time: After 4:00 PM
Check-out time: No later than 10:00 AM

1. All guests must respect the property they are occupying. 2. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM during which time you shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than it would typically be associated with a residential area. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited. 3. Check-in: After 4:00 PM / Check-out: No later than 10:00 AM 4. No more than 10 guests are allowed at the property. No parties, weddings, or events. No group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN GUESTS BEING REQUIRED TO VACATE THE PREMISES WITHOUT A REFUND. 5. A maximum of three (3) cars are allowed on premises. Cars shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area (driveway only and garage) and shall NOT be parked on the street. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI - NO STREET PARKING FOR RENTAL HOMES. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN GUESTS BEING REQUIRED TO VACATE THE PREMISES WITHOUT A REFUND. 6. Maximum speed in and out of driveways are 5 MPH. Please be aware that the driveway has an initial steep incline and low cars such as convertibles may have trouble accessing the driveway. 7. The home is in a residential neighborhood with children present. Please use caution when driving down the street and abide by the posted MPH sign. 8. All trash must be bagged in plastic bags and placed in the trash cans located in the garage. No littering. Trash is picked up on the road on Tuesday mornings. If your stay falls on a Monday/Tuesday, please move trash cans to the street on Monday evening. No more than 6 trash (combination of bags, cans, etc.) items can be placed on the street for pickup.
9. When not in the house, please turn off all lights, ACs and fans. Cost of electricity is 3-4x higher than the mainland. 10. After using the BBQ, please clean the grill and turn off the gas. 11. Do not leave the BBQ unattended.
12. No smoking inside of the home, on the deck or at the pool area. The designated smoking area is located in the driveway. 13. No moving furniture in or outside the house. There will be a charge equal to the cleaning fee to move furniture back to its original location. 14. Ensure that screens shut to keep insects outside. 15. Shake off all beach sand from towels and clothes before entering the home. Sand is difficult to clean up and clogs the washer/dryer and vacuum. There will be an additional cleaning fee for excessive sand or excessive cleaning beyond our normal departure cleaning routine. 16. Beach/pool towels can be dried on the lanai or by the pool.
17. Do not spray sunscreen inside of the home. It sticks to everything and becomes impossible to remove. There will be an additional cleaning fee charged to your credit card if it is discovered spray sunscreen was used inside the home.
18. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages to the home. 19. If departing on an early morning flight or arriving late at night, please be quiet and courteous for the nextdoor neighbors. 20. Guest are aware the home is located on an active golf course. Manager and homeowner are not responsible for errant golf balls which may cause injury. 21. There are no lifeguards on the beach. Babies and children shall not be left unattended by the ocean. Manager and homeowner are not responsible for injury or death. Please note that the shoreline area is the property of the people of Hawaii and is open for the free use by everyone. 22. Do not leave children unattended by the pool area and on the deck. Manager and homeowner are not responsible for injury or death. 23. DO NOT FEED THE BIRDS. Hawaii has one of the most enjoyable ecosystems on earth and insects are a part of that system. We try to control this natural occurrence by regularly spraying for insects. Naturally, it is a good idea to keep the doors closed while enjoying our islands and do not leave food on the counters, but that will not necessarily eliminate all occurrences of insects.
24. Departure instructions:
1. Load and start dishwasher. 2. Turn off all lights, ACs and fans. 3. Bag up trash and put it in the cans inside of the garage. 4. Be sure all home keys and garage door opener are in the home. A charge of $100 will be assessed for missing keys and garage door opener. 5. Shut and lock all windows, sliders and lock front door. 6. Depart the home by 10 AM.

Refundable Security Deposit of $5000 will be taken at time of booking. The Security Deposit will be refunded in 10 business days after departure.
