"Amazing Condo with outstanding views
This property was clean, spacious and had the perfect view of the gulf. We enjoyed everything about this property down to the great security staff and property management staff. Linda was friendly and helpful from the security team, and Amber from the property management team checked in via text a few days and sent helpful reminders for trash and checkout. The property is spacious, was clean and I love the fact they sanitize bedding after each rental. My husband and I celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary week in this location and enjoyed the patio views of the gulf with our coffee or a cocktail, cooking in the large, well-equipped kitchen with gulf views and enjoying the amenities of the property including the amazing pool. Recommend this property and will stay again."

The rental was just as it looked in the pictures : BEAUTIFUL ! The views were spectacular . Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the ocean and we watched a group of dolphins from our patio one morning. Overall it was a wonderful trip ."

"Location!
Great location.Clean. Overall the place is nice and works well. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great view and great patio to have coffee in the morning.
The only negative would be updating. The bathrooms need some updating. Adding some towel bars and/or hooks would help."

"Mid May Beach Trip
The vacation rental had numerous issues. Several should have been handled before arrival. The management company was very responsive and helpful. The master shower head had to be replaced. The extra blanket in the master was dirty. The closet door in one bedroom came off the track and the track had to be replaced. The TV remotes are all different and no instructions were available for use. The family room remote is very complicated. The dishwasher worked sporadically. One of the bikes provided was in bad shape. It appears the renter is responsible for discovering issues. They get handled but cause an inconvenience. My son even arrived in the middle of the night and we discovered we were given a gate code that did not work."

"Great Place-my favorite Highpointe Condo
11e is my favorite condo to rent for the week. This is probably the third time we have stayed in this unit. We’ve stayed in at least 6 others. The unit is clean, plenty of linens, extra supplies available to make life easy, and the view is amazing. The check in process and the communication were excellent. The only complaint that we had was in regards to one particular security guard. David was an absolute power hungry idiot. The armband thing is not new to us, but they were not adjustable for size. When our family walked across the street for dinner after showers, only one person remembered to put the band back on. Thinking that as long as they had a band to open the gate, we could get back in, we went to dinner. David denied entry to everyone except the arm band person. I offered to show my drivers license and rental agreement. He refused, we had our friend in another unit get her car and we crammed in the back seat to get in that way. We weren’t sneaking, just simply trying to get inside the gate. He stopped the car and made us get out. The ridiculousness was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. We spent over an hour locked out, contacted management, which was kind and receptive. Ultimately we sent one person to the unit to dig for arm bands, but a little common sense could have prevented a major ordeal. Not sure that David should be working in this environment. "

"Stay Here!
Location is perfect. Right across the street from the Seacrest Beach town square. Right down the street (so close, walkable with little kids) to the Rosemary restaurants, and walkable to Alys beach restaurants.
Beach is right outside the back door, and pool is right outside the front door. Crabby Steve’s Beach restaurant right there is super convenient. The pool is wonderful. Everything was convenient and perfect esp if you have little kids. The property folks made everything simple and always there to answer any questions. The property itself was clean and very nice. This was our third family trip to the area and we all agreed this was by far our favorite. Truly a wonderful experience. "

"Wonderful location!

Everything was absolutely amazing. They allowed us to check in MUCH earlier than the 5PM time given. Only complaint is that the pool is not heated and was almost unusable this time of year (March). "

"Not great
Not a great experience. Had to call maintenance many times due to TVs not working, water not warm, shower handles broken and no WiFi? On third day pipe broke in the middle of the night and flooded the unit from two stories up.They found us another place to stay and we had to move. Never heard from owners and was never offered any kind of partial refund or anything. We went from on the water to across the street. "

Nice unit. Not ready when we arrived. All 3 showers were not working. Management responded but plumber was not aware of problem when he arrived. They should have sent maintenance manager too. So, I was responsible for overseeing. TV remote in master was strange and not very usable. We did not have showers the first 2 and a half days. They should have refunded some of the high cost of this unit. "

"Magnificent corner condo with excellent views and access
This is a great condo. We needed ground floor access, which it provides. But, we found much more. It is upscale appointed/decorated with a wonderful attention to details. The floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors bring the outside in. Great beds, clean, well supplied. Do bring any seasonings you might want to use, but Goatfeathers and Publix are near. We hope to return. Also, we found the property management extremely responsive. "

We loved this beautiful property. So convenient to the beach, walking to Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach. We never got in the car after we arrived. Having the 4 beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus. Awesome pool area! Easy walk from condo to the beach. "

"Perfect stay
Great all around stay! Place was clean, all staff was helpful even helping us find our portable speaker left behind, answered quickly to questions via text, polite and very informative on check in and out. Had an issue w the sliding glass door which was immediately tended to but owners need to look into fixing the issue of difficulty to open the door. Highly recommend!"

Cant beat the views of this condo - breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked, there were tons of linens and they were new and clean. Condo was very clean and convenient. Having access to Crabby Steve's was a great bonus. The pool was also very clean - just very cold - wish it were heated. We couldnt use the pool during our April trip bc it was just too cold. High Point is a great location - walkable to everything in Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys. Would definitely recommend! We had a few mishaps happen in the condo, and all we had to do was send a quick text message and maintenance/housekeeping was immediately available."

"Great time at High Pointe
11E is a wonderful unit with exceptional views! We had enough room for our party of 8. The location of the unit on the High Pointe property is wonderful if you enjoy an amazing ocean view and privacy from the hustle and bustle. We loved having a full restaurant on the property (Crabby Steve's) and the pool for a break from the beach. The chairs/umbrella and bikes are also a nice touch, with having them built in to the rental price. And we loved that they were set up in the same general area each day. The unit was large but could use a little refreshing. But overall we were happy with it, the property and the overall value of our vacation for what got! Would go back. "

"Rosemary High Point
We enjoyed our time at Rosemary beach and the views from our unit were exceptional. However, we are not likely to rent this unit again. Unit was very worn and one of the beds was so old and creaky no one could sleep in it. We had closet doors that did not work, cabinets were very nicked up and AC unit was so loud it woke us up at night. "

"Fantastic location!
This location can’t be beat! The condo was beautiful with plenty of seating for the whole family during movie nights. The beach was perfect and not crowded! Just across the street is shopping and restaurants-we walked everywhere and enjoyed every minute! We will definitely be back!!"

"11e Paradise!
Rosemary Beach has beautiful homes to rent. This was our first condo. 11E is a spectacular change from multi level homes. This 1st floor corner semi private condo has a beach front view and back patio that lets you enjoy a coffee at sunrise and an evening cocktail at sunset. The ability to open up the living room doors and feel the gulf breeze while you cook dinner in a kitchen with every thing you need was a giant plus. The dinning table lets everyone gather around to eat and enjoy the view. Sonos music system and smart TVs let you play music which the kids loved. The giant kitchen island is a great gathering spot in the morning and afternoon for margaritas. Three great rooms with bathrooms in each... 6 Bikes, giant pool and hot tub for after the beach, reserved beach chairs, and Sneaky Petes just around the walkway for a quick bite and beer. "

"Over Priced
Stayed during Columbus Day, 5 nights $3,800. Nice view of ocean but could not see beach. My bad should have checked Rental Company out before made reservations. We arrived a few hrs. early and were told condo was not cleaned yet and they would call as soon as was ready. We waited until 4 and call again and was told it was not ready. At 4:15 they called us and said the unit was ready - No one had been in or out of the condo for 2 hrs. sAll in all good place to say but check around for a better condo and price. Grandson left tablet in condo they are sending it (2 weeks) ago!!!! Still has not arrived. "
