"Beautiful waterfront property in a great location
This is the second year in a row we vacationed in this unit. The waterfront location just a short walk from the restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach is ideal. The unit was nicely appointed, comfortable, and very clean. We plan to be back again."

"Great Place to stay on Rosemary Beach!
This is the fourth time we have stayed at High Pointe on 30A. I will say that had the best customer service that I ever experienced in this area. The condo was very clean and they quickly responded to anything we needed. The condo is located where you can walk to about any thing you wanted to do in Rosemary. I would highly recommend booking with this company and will definitely check with them when we book another vacation!!!"

"Perfection at the beach.
The condo is perfect. The rooms are as large as depicted in the photos. (No trick photography.) The rental agency kept us updated on check in and check out. Check out easy - just dump the trash and start the dishwasher. That’s it. "

"Phenomenal Location
This unit was ideal. In addition to incredible ocean views, the unit was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. We walked to coffee shops in morning, and wonderful restaurants for dinner. The bikes were a great perk and we were able to explore other beaches and shops north and south of Rosemary Beach. I would definitely rent this unit again and hope to soon. "

"Great condo
This is a great condo. The location is right on the beach and the condo itself is very nice. We did experience a couple of malfunctions, namely, the dryer wouldn’t work, and the disposal didn’t work. Both were responded to very promptly, although they could not get the part for the dryer in because it was Christmas. Also, nothing to do with the condo, but there is a terrible smell in the bottom hallway, and elevator. It’s the cleaning agent they use and they really need to switch it up. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this place!!"

"Perfect Girls Getaway!!
We had one of our best vacations ever! This was the perfect time of year to be on 30-A as most folks left on Monday, as they had children in school, so we experienced uncrowded beaches, easily walking into our favorite restaurants for immediate seating, and beautiful perfect weather and ocean temps! We have de used THIS is our favorite time of year to vacation together, and are already planning to return next year! This condo was perfect for our needs- we are 4 older (��) ladies who are life long friends, so it was perfect for us to sit on the balcony, in the morning and drink our coffee. The unit came with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, -perfect for us to lounge on the beach all day!! The condo is furnished with everything we needed!"

"Beach front bliss
Location is perfect. You can leave the balcony door open and sleep to the sound of the waves crashing. The condo was ready early the day of check in. It’s central on 30A so you can get to places by walking or riding a bike quickly. Only issues we had with the condo was the shower handle in the master is broken and there were some stains on the furniture. "

"Awesome property and unit

Overall the unit and location were great. Only complaint was the kitchen set up so far as pots and pans, etc needed attention if you were going to be cooking a meal.

"A Great Week
We enjoyed our stay at High Point 32W. The location is great, easy walk to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We liked the convenience of Crabby Steve's within the complex. The gulf view was spectacular. The unit was clean and nice - our only complaint is that the ice maker is extremely loud and runs too much. It would help if that was addressed.

"Highly Recommend
Amenities were spot on and responses to my questions were answered prepared for a hike to the beach if you are elderly as there are quite a few steps or a ramp you can use. Shops including Starbucks and an Italiam bistro called Lola's right across the street that was wonderful! Also sweets and a chicken salad chick. Highly recommend the farmer's market down the street in Rosemary Beach on Sunday's and bike rides were fun down to Alys Beach and beyond."

"Best condo on the beach
Our stay at High Pointe 32W was amazing and flawless. The views are beautiful and the condo was clean and comfortable. The access to the balcony from the master bedroom and living room felt luxurious. The owners thought of everything from an ice machine in the kitchen for those drinks to the beach, to the women's make-up mirror in the master bathroom. So many nice convenient surprises. There is plenty of room in this condo. The access to shops and restaurants are walking distance. There is a private section on the beach for just High Pointe visitors/owners. I don't believe we will stay any place else in the future. "

"Great location
Nice clean property and grounds! Mattress is a memory foam which isn’t for all folks. Management company is intense sending emails and notifications with same info. Huge window where you can’t check in and don’t give you options if you arrive during it (we flew and didn’t rent a car so nice folks let us in the property at the gate with email confirmation but we were stuck at pool with giant luggage and toddler). There was very loud external maintenance being done on the building that, despite zillion emails about strict check in policy, the management company failed to notify us of. Spot is good if you have a kid (that can do stairs too between unit and beach) but allows for toddler attention of wanting to go back and forth between pool and beach constantly. Beach chair process/securement was relatively easy. Weird to have to go through the oft crowded restaurant to get to the beach but not deal breaker. "

"Amazing!
High Pointe 32W is an absolutely amazing condo. It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the view is spectacular! The location is perfect for walking or riding a bike to restaurants and shopping. The beach set up each day was a great bonus,too. We hope to make High Pointe 32W our vacation home many times in the future. "

Originally had reserved a different property but was notified 2 weeks before arrival that the property had been sold. offered us this property and we were very pleased. High Pointe is a perfect location for everything. Great stay!!"

"Last minute Thanksgiving Get Away
The condo is in a great location. We were able to get up each day and have coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. We walked to do everything else. Rosemary is beautiful at the holidays.

"Awesome experience
The condo was perfectly described. The management company was very attentive to our needs and provided us with all we needed prior to and during our stay. They were very professional. The views were amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was super clean and well stocked as we cooked most every night. Leaving the slider open so we could hear the ocean was easily the best part! We loved the access to beach chairs, bicycles, tennis and pool. Convenient location close to all we needed for a simple trip. I can't wait to be back and certainly hope this exact unit will be available. "

"Perfect Beach Getaway
This unit is awesome right on the beach. Great view and heard the waves crashing all day. Great location to Rosemary beach and to the town. Pool was great and my kids liked the beach location and pool. The complex offered bike rentals and beach chairs and umbrellas. Perfect vacation."

"Beautiful condo with terrific location and views
provides excellent service and is very attentive and organized. The condo is beautiful and the views and location are outstanding. We would definitely stay with them, again, and in this location.
Just a few points of feedback: The bikes provided were not in the best shape, which was unfortunate given that it was the low season with plenty of bike availability. As for the pots / pans : We chose not to cook, but if we had then we would probably need at least one larger pot appropriate for boiling a fair amount of pasta."

"Summer Get-A-Way

"44th Anniversary - Perfect Date
We loved this place! Clean, new appliances, great security, nice bicycles, excellent 30A location, wonderful pool and amazing master bath. Ally was super to work with and she even CALLED US over the weekend to make sure we were happy!! The Hospitality App was so so helpful and put all the information we needed at our fingertips. So many incredible restaurants just minutes away. Our picks this time were Caliza's for our anniversary dinner, Wild Olive for quiet elegance and delicious chowder, Donut Hole and Cowgirl Kitchen for any kind of breakfast you could want, and Crabby Steve's for beach drinks and lunch munchies. Our first visit here but not our last!!!"

"Perfect Spot
This is a great condo. Tastefully decorated with a stunning view. I could have stayed forever. We had only 2 minor complaints, that did not affect how we felt about our stay. The AC does not work as well in the master bedroom as it does in the rest of the house, so in order to have a cool room at night, you have to turn the AC way down, which make the rest of the condo freezing. Also, the ice maker is pretty loud. Neither issue was a game changer & I will definitely go back to that condo again."

"Great location
The condo had a wonderful view of the gulf and beach. The property management staff were very responsive and helpful which was important because there were numerous issues with our unit.....clothes dryer did not work and had to be replaced, one toilet had a broken part and a bathroom sink that had a slow drain which required a plumber visit, a glass top on dining table was replaced while we were there, screen doors to patio had large rips and were taken down by staff for repair, master bedroom door had a large hole which looked like a fist had been put through it. There were several other small issues that we didn’t bother to report since we had so many repairs done we didn’t want more interruptions. On the PLUS side the staff was hopefully everything in the unit is now probably fixed."

"Excellent place! Excellent management company!
Great location. We loved having an ocean view and then the amenities of the complex. Came with two bikes which were a blast to ride to rosemary beach/restaurants. The pool is better than any other place you’ll find along 30a. We’ve rented several places over the years along 30a. This was by far the nicest. We walked in and said, “wow.” Nice, high-end much different than most rental places that feel tired. We used to rent through . Never again. This was cheaper and 30a vacations was SO much more responsive. I was actually shocked by how much better this was than (and did I mention cheaper?!!). "

"Gorgeous condo with the best views!
We had a wonderful stay at High Pointe 32 W. We stayed a week with our two young boys. The views are absolutely spectacular, essentially never ending ocean. The amenities were incredible. 4 bikes were included-we had a cart for the kids delivered that attached to the bike and was there when we arrived. This condo is nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary and we were able to ride bikes wherever we needed. There is an ice maker in the unit which was a great surprise to fill up our cooler bag and head to the beach. Also a beach set up is included. Between the bikes and beach set up, it was nice to not be nickeled and dined once we got there. The pool is wonderful and having Crabby Steves in the complex was great! We will definitely be returning! "

"30A stay
Perfect location at Seacrest beach right between Rosemary and Alys w Crabby Steve's (closed Mondays) for drinks/lunch right before you head down stairs to beach. Loved having 4 bikes included and 1 free beach setup that included 2 chairs, table and umbrella that was set up for us everyday with our name. Perfect location for hanging at beach, shooting up to room for a bit and then back down to beach. Everything new in rental. Beds are foam mattress, which some like and others in group did not, but very clean 2br/2ba with amazing ocean views."

"Perfect beach front condo!
There were no previous reviews so we were a little hesitant, seemed too good to be true. Turned out even better than we imagined. The unit was as pictured with all amenities including two ice makers, a luxurious shower, very comfortable mattresses, really quiet unit with a gorgeous view of the beach and dolphins swimming. We actually slept with the balcony door open one night and slept to the sound of the ocean. The location was also perfect, we walked or rode bikes the entire stay. Being the first renter, the only issue we had was a temperature setting on the hot water heater which maintenance resolved almost immediately. We will definitely be back!"
