Tennis Village 2, also known as "Turtle Watch," is a beautiful, recently renovated, 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse inside the Tops'l Resort. It sits on a peaceful pond where you can fish (catch and release) or watch the turtles bask in the sun right from your private patio and extended deck area! The beach is just a short walk along the nature preserve.

This property offers updated elegance from the moment you walk in. Inside, you'll find a living space with ample seating for the entire family as well as a flat screen TV. Your updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic utensils, pots & pans, and appliances you should need for an enjoyable stay. The owners have even included a full-size washer and dryer in the unit as well as 4 extra beach chairs for your use!

Your master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a private balcony. The master ensuite has a separate shower, soaking tub, and a double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. You'll find this townhouse is homey and perfect for your beach trip!

The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! "Great vacation rental!
We had a fabulous time here. The place was roomy and nice for my large family. It is quite far from the beach but a tram service is available to pick you up. Overall we loved it!"

"Summer Vacation 2024
The Destin area is our favorite place to visit and we make it a habit of coming every year. This year, we booked this townhouse as our family of 3 was meeting up with my sister in law and her family of 5 and needed the additional space for the kids. This townhouse was beautiful! All the bedrooms were on the second floor, which was nice for my husband and I who were early risers to go downstairs and make a pot of coffee without waking anyone up. The seating was perfec! The kids loved the pound out back with the fish and turtles.The townhouse came equipped with a coffee maker(K-cups or you can name a regular pot of coffee), utensils, cookware, etc. This made cooking easy! There is a team that runs to the beach and pool from 9 am to 8 PM that will pick up from your door. You can walk there, it took us about 15 minutes but there are some hills on the way to be prepared if you do walk. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond! Everyone in our party, kids included said how they loved the place and all want to come back again. The townhouse is close to Baytowe Wharf and between a Publix and Winn Dixie. We loved our time here and hated having to check out!You will not be disappointed choosing this. The pictures are exactly what we received! "

"Nice Place to Stay
We were in for a HS Graduation. This condo met our needs and the Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Pond in the back was a lifesaver for your two boys as the fishing aspect kept them occupied in the downtime lol Some very big fish in that pond as well as beautiful turtles! One VERY large turtle lol
Cons: The beds were so hard and not very comfortable. The bunk beds need to be vacuumed along the edges of the mattresses. As for information on how to get to and from the beach - how to putt putt and all the little amenities was a little bit of a headache as we had to ask lots of questions to know what to do.
Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again!"

The unit was exceptional. I thought check in time was a little later and check out time was early. I think you should alert customers that they will not have access to certain amenities, such as the tennis courts and fitness center. Since this is a Tennis Club not being able to play tennis could be a very distressing surprise."

Beautiful condo, and beautully decorated. Very clean. Had everything you will need in kitchen and bathrooms. The patio was right on the lake and we had a great time feeding the turtles and fish cheerios our husbands LOVED all the golf courses. Near everything. Definitely recommend Beautiful beaches."

This tennis villa is by far the nicest I have rented and I have stayed in many of them. Totally updated throughout. My only complaint, and it is a big one, is the EXCESSIVE fees charged. My 3 day stay went from $507 for the actual rental to over $1,300."
