PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. "Great Location
Fantastic location close to everything. Very happy with that but we overpaid for the unit. Wouldn't stay there again because the queen bed was just too small but would rent again in the building."

"Helpful property manager, nice view of surfing spot
Vincent (the property manager) was super helpful and took care of the few issues that popped up. I appreciated the tiled area (with a drain) just outside the actual shower for drying off and for hanging wet stuff.

The kitchen has all the basic supplies. No oven, but the microwave can work as a convection oven. The apartment was mostly clean. It had a bit of a lingering smoke smell, probably from the previous renter, but it got better over time.

We had a nice view of the ocean from the lanai, including seeing the surfers at Queens and Canoes. The security guards in the building are really nice people."

"Great location
We have spent many years at the Waikiki Park Heights and this year was very satisfactory. The convection/microwave combination was a good choice. Enjoyed staying in this condo. As usual, Barbara looked after us very well. Thanks."

"Cute space, great location!
The unit was as pictured and the building is immaculate. The balcony is a nice size with comfortable furniture. A perfect spot for breakfast or dinner. The mid-day sun hits hard so it heats up a bit at that time of day. Views are lovely. The pool is crystal clear and is never crowded. As to the location - two blocks to the beach and the main streets. So, if you're looking for something small that's well equipped and reasonable, this is it. The only downside is the bathroom, the toilet is in its own little room - feels a bit like 'cabin' camping. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would go back. "

"Ocean Views from the Lanai
My husband and I had a perfect stay in this one bedroom condo. We had a quick and easy check in with Barbara. Everything was as described on the website. The condo was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning cooled the place very well. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easy for breakfast and the nights we decided to eat in. Huge fridge! Plenty of towels (including beach towels) and face washers were supplied and the shower was spotless. There was a laundry downstairs (very convenient) so we could wash our clothes without having to trek down the street. We enjoyed the sparkling blue pool. Buses were easily accessible within minutes from the condo to various destinations. The location to the beach, restaurants, food pantry's and ABC stores was excellent. Diamond Head can be seen from the entry to the property. We loved sitting on the lanai (balcony) with a drink in hand, listening to music, watching the sunset, surfers and the boats. The view was amazing!!
We miss this condo already and would surely return.

"Great Location
We were overall quite comfortable in this suite. Awesome location, great view, convenient parking option, comfortable bed. It does have it's quirks for being in an older building, and although it is non-smoking, there was a bit of a nicotine stained smell from the walls at times (particularly the toilet room). Overall satisfied with our stay- much more economical/amenity filled than a hotel."

Great experience no complaints at all. Very clean and in a great location. The host was very accommodating and very nice. Would highly recommend. Only think Id say that was lacking was that from the balcony you over look the roof of a low set high rise that isn't very pretty, other than that a great stay in a great location only 1 block from Waikiki Beach."

"Close to the beach and shopping
We would stay here again the place is nice and clean!! The only complaint we had was that it would be nice to have material/map/brochures of the area and all it has to offer. More towels for guest especially if staying a week since there is no housekeeping other than that I would say it’s a great deal for the money!!! If we go back it’s a place I will consider and I will recommend to others "

We loved this property as it had great views and was very century located for walking to the beach and enjoying the city. Our only issue was the bedroom carpet needed cleaning. We were told when we left that they were going to clean it that afternoon. Great place to stay!"

Great place, great location, 3 mins walk to Waikiki Beach. Lovely view to the ocean and at the back to the mountain. Bus stop right down stairs.

"Excellent Location!
Enjoyed our stay. Barbara checked us in & out wonderfully. The location is excellent! Definitely would stay here again. This is the third time a member of my family has stayed in this building and our only complaint is the cleanliness in the units. We're probably pickier than most - but there were little things like crumbs of plastic stuff under the bed, things stuck on the wall, and crud in the shower. These are all things that a quick clean up our self solved, but definitely could use improvements by the cleaners. "

"Nice find
This was a very clean updated suite. It had everything we needed to make meals when we did not want to go out to eat. No problem at all, the beds were comfortable and the place was quite. It appeared to be closer than then the pictures show and the walk was less than 5 minutes to the beach and great location. I would not hesitate to rent this suite in the future, very happy to find this place."

"Great Location and Value
For the same price as a junky hotel in the area, you get this beautiful unit. The pictures are very accurate. The living space is small, but it never felt cramped--I think this is because the bedroom was a good size. This unit is perfect for 2 adults plus 1-2 children. The bed room has a queen size bed, and the grey couch that you see in the pictures lays flat to make a bed that is about the size of a full-sized mattress. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. One of the best features of this unit is the ocean view from the living room and lanai. I don't think this is even mentioned in the description! It was wonderful to be able to drink my morning coffee on the lanai and watch the surfers trying to catch waves. Another great feature is the location--just about 2 short Waikiki blocks to the main strip, Kalakaua, and the beach. This was our 2nd time renting with Captain Cook Resorts, and am sure that we will do so again on our next Oahu visit."
