No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is only accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express credit cards.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. "Perfect place for what we needed
Our unit was clean and recently renovated. The view was great and it is just a short walk to all the fun on Waikiki beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella that were so nice to have during our stay. We would pick this again the next time we come back."

"Great room.
First of all, the room was beautiful and recently upgraded. The beds were comfortable, the AC kept it cool and the kitchen was well stocked. It was an easy walk to the beach, or anyone around Waikiki beach.

The only “annoying” part of this place is the elevators. They are usually packed and you end up sitting and waiting quite a while as elevator and elevator comes and goes, full of people. There was one time that I counted 7 elevators stop on my floor, only to be denied because they were too full.
The condo itself was great, the communication with the host was great, and the parking was easy, and had a lot of spaces to park. All in all only was great, just the elevator situation was not!"

"Nice stay
If you want to stay on Waikiki this is a good place. You can see the ocean and some of Diamond Head from the balcony. You also get a great view of Diamond Head from the pool area.

The place was nice, and assistance was available if you had any questions. I really enjoyed waking up to seeing the ocean even though it was rainy most mornings I was there. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient. The bus stop is just around the corner if you are planning to use public transportation. The website for the bus is complicated, but Google Maps makes it easy. There are bikes that you can rent right outside the condo building.

Overall, I am happy with the condo. If I wanted to stay in Waikiki again, I would gladly stay here. I am not a huge fan of the area just because of how busy it is.

Check-in was very easy. They let me check-out at 12:30pm which was nice. When I first arrived, I could her the girls in the condo next to me when I was walking down the hall. I figured I was going to hear them all night and be annoyed. However, as soon as I stepped into my condo it was silence. I couldn’t hear anyone else. It was great! They also have beach towels and chairs, which was really nice.

Some minor issues – 1) the kitchen faucet is very wobbly. I couldn’t find a way to fix it. This is more annoying than anything. 2) The rug should be replaced or cleaned. It is weirdly brown in some spots, and I didn’t want to walk on it. 3) Do NOT open the middle window on the right near the beds. Something is wrong with this window. I thought at first it was going to fall off and I couldn’t get it to close again.

I would still recommend this condo though.

"Perfect place for us
This was exactly what we were looking for. The location is fairly central in Waikiki so you have plenty of walkable options for eating. Parking was easy in the garage; we had a rental car and spent most of our stay taking day trips to other parts of the island, so this worked out well. Had a nice balcony with an excellent view."

"Think twice before you bother - after several visits this is the
This is not our first stay at the Banyan nor is it our first say in Waikiki, this was our 14th visit.

We have just landed home (Australia) and my son is still playing evacuation - we had received several alarms to evacuate, anywhere from 5am in the morning to night - this we learnt is very normal for your residents who now ignore the alarm because of how regularly it goes off. We did not enjoy the forced activity of walking down 24 flights of stairs with 2 young children.

Parking attendant - all were fantastic except for the old (80+ white haired, caucasian man) - he needs a chill pill and training on how to deal with people, I find it hard to believe he deals with anyone cranky at the Banyan to make him that way.

Pool closed - Sunday evening, no notice, arrived at pool with children, dressed and ready to go - left with dry, crying and upset children.

Play ground half closed off with the slide not in action.

No sauna at all.

Lifts totally out of action or breaking down on several occasions & when they were working, waiting to leave / return to a room became unbearable.

Apps in laundry not functioning and when spoke with Banyan staff, never have, well maybe remove the signage in the laundry room and put up where to get change ��

We will never stay at the Waikiki Banyan again."
