With this large property, there is one master suite on the first floor with a king-size bed. It overlooks the paver basketball court and beautiful landscaping. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, including a guest suite with 2 queen beds and an attached bath. The bunk room offers a twin-over-full bunk bed and sleeper sofa. You are greeted with a beautiful fireplace, and the king-size bed overlooks the pool out to the lagoon view, perfectly serene. The true masterpiece of this home is the backyard. On a cul-de-sac private lot that backs up to the 11-mile lagoon system in Palmetto Dune, this property has an extremely large backyard. The pool offers ample size for swimming and has multiple seating areas around it for lounging, sunbathing, and even dining. There is a basketball court that allows for hours of outdoor entertainment for your guests. As you walk down to the lagoon, you will see the fire pit. You can enjoy conversations around the fire with your entire group. There is a dock at the lagoon for access to the waterway.
