Courtside is located in the Forest Beach area near Coligny Plaza and the new "Lowcountry Celebration Park". New Stainless Appliances (Refrigerator, Dishwasher & Stove) plus new furnishing including a large flat screen smart TV in the Living Room in August of 2022. Courtside #52 also received a fresh paint job, new quartz countertops in the kitchen, and a few other improvements in November of 2022. Nearby Coligny Plaza offers many shops, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Rent some bikes, or walk over for some Breakfast, Coffee, or Ice Cream! It is the perfect beach retreat! "Lovely Condo
Condo was terrific, quite updated. Kitchen was very well equipped; great pots and pans. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Only issue there is it would be nice to have a TV in the second bedroom. Pool was great and very easy to get to from the slider in the condo. Quite easy walk to the beach. "

"Nice distance to beach and Coligny
The condo was clean and nice looking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the beach which was convenient. It could be walkable distance to a great brewery called The Bank. Our teens could walk to Coligny plaza. We had a great experience with the property manager and easy parking. Very close to the pool. The master bed was very creaky which made sleep challenging. Overall good experience. "

"Clean and great location
Highly recommend! The unit was very clean with nice furnishings; beds were comfortable; kitchen was fully stocked. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the grocery and about a block to the beach. The pool is right outside the back doors. Owners have done a fantastic job with this unit. "

Honestly, we were disappointed with our stay. The garbage disposal didn't work and smelled the whole week. The TV in the guest room didn't work and even after calling wasn't fixed. We were told to watch tv in the living room. The plug in by the dining room table sparked when I tried to plug my laptop in. The bathrooms also clearly needed updated as there was rust and grime around the drains. The back sliding glass door was almost impossible to open, especially for my Mom who has bad arthritis. We will not be staying in this unit again. I also found a huge hair ball under the comforter the first night, I did take a picture of it. It had obviously not been cleaned well before we arrived."

"Disappointed
The condo had several things that need to be repaired and or replaced. The toilet leaked onto the floor. I called maintenance, they came right out but for some reason it was never repaired during the last few days we were there. Both beds in the 2nd bedroom squeak so loud that the person in the other bed wakes up, eventually returning the favor to you. The fan in the master bathroom doesn’t work. No working tv in the 2nd bedroom. Maintenance installed a Firestick but it quit working after 20 minutes. The place just needs a good going over along with some TLC.
This was our 7th stay at Courtside and I would definitely not recommend this condo."

"Don't look behind the bed!
At first glance, the condo looked presentable, but further looks told a different story! The pillows were stained and dirty...prompting us to buy new ones. There was accumulated dirt in all corners of the rooms, including under the beds, sofa, and tables! VERY disappointing lodging! "

"Golf week in Hilton Head
Although these are older buildings the unit was modernized and in great shape. The pool area was nice and maintained properly. A short walk to the beach and close to the Coligny area. Overall a great place to stay in Hilton Head!"

"Great spot at Hilton Head
Clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. The staff were friendly and the beach was about 2 to 3 blocks of a walk. Trolly stop was nearby and made for a fun, free, trip around HH and access to other beaches and parks. Everything in the condo met our expectation. Be sure to bring your cooking supplies (oil, coffee & filters, mayo etc). "

"Sweet Spot
The place was just amazing. Perfect spot, we were in the middle of everything. We had rented bikes and rode them everywhere. We would love to stay here again! Checking in was easy, we loved not having to keep a key on us. We just had to type in a code. Host left us information for things to do. Definitely recommend doing the sail boat excursion in the evening. "

"Utter disappointment
My husband and I wanted to spend a relaxing week away from home. Knowing that COVID is still a problem we anticipated spending more time in our rental than we normaly do. This unit was absolutely filthy when we arrived. Sand covering the cushions of the sofa, finger prints and smudges on the glass doors, dirty coffee pot, cooked on food in the microwave, and the floors were so dirty we didn't even want to take our shoes off. In addition to that mice chewed through our bread and muffins and left droppings all over the kitchen floor. We called management who said they would send someone over, but no one ever came or contacted us again. It's a shame that the owners of this unit put their faith in a service that doesn't deliver. Not a pleasant experience for us and very upsetting to know that during these times when cleanliness and sanitation should be prioritized, the cleaning process was not carefully executed."

We had a great visit. Seashore vacations was very easy and pleasant to deal with. The condo was very clean. There were some spots I had to go over myself, but overall clean. The condo could definitely use some updating, but overall had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Master bed was comfortable

Needed a place to stay within 12 hours and had stayed with this company two years ago. Called them and the gentleman taking care of me was so gracious because I was coming in to go to a funeral of a Brandon. He was so caring. The place was beautiful and well taken care of
