Walk right out to the grounds from the deck or spend your evening cooking dinner with the family in the open kitchen and living room floor plan. For your convenience, there is a half bathroom downstairs.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is accessible without stairs, and the property includes a ramp to the front door for wheelchair access. Cable and free WiFi make it easy to find entertainment when you're ready to relax.
The Island Club is an oceanfront villa complex where walkways lead through beautifully landscaped grounds. Enjoy spending time at the nearby beach or exploring the many amenities available to you, including 9 tennis courts, a shared pool fitness center, basketball courts, a zero-entry children's pool, hot tub, a tanning shelf, a large lap pool, and bike rentals. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
