This incredible Breakers villa provides a tranquil space to unwind and listen to the sound of crashing waves. The views alone will center you and allow you to breath a little easier. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Don't feel like cooking? The Breakers complex is within steps of Coligny Plaza. Through the hall is a bedroom, stacked washer and dryer and full bathroom. The bedroom's layout grants ample storage space with built in closets and drawers.
This third floor unit is a true escape. Enjoy time on the private balcony, admiring the ocean view. The community pool is in the center of the complex. Just beyond the pool is the private entrance to the beach. The location of The Breakers allows you to park your car upon arrival and leave it there throughout your stay. Any rentals cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus the Reservation fee. This fee is nonrefundable.
No reservations may be cancelled within 30 days or less of the arrival date for your stay. Full payment is required and no refunds will be issued.
We recommend travel insurance which will reimburse you for your entire stay should you have a qualifying reason.
All Reservations made for a duration of 28 nights or longer are non refundable, travel insurance is highly recommended.
