"Amazing!!
Had an amazing time staying at 328 Breakers for a girls trip. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony (and view) was great!! Couldn’t have asked for a better location as everything we did was within walking distance. Would definitely come back and stay here again!"

"Great place to stay! Would love to come back
We visited with a family of 4, 2 young kids. Check in was easy, just followed instructions in the email. Door not having keys was a plus as we didn’t have worry about losing them when we went to the beach. Condo had all the amenities we needed. Free bikes and beach chairs were great. ( There were only 2 bikes and we needed 2 more. Best way to get extra bikes is near the shops on the opposite side).Beach access was so easy and water faucets to clean off the sand after the beach was so useful. Most of all, having restaurants and shops on the other side of the condo within walking distance made this a great location. We had a great time and would love to come back! "

We loved the rental we got for the week! Conveniently locates to shops, restaurants, and my favorite part, steps to the beach! The bikes and beach chairs were provided which helped lighten our stuff to haul! We will definitely use this unit again in the future!"

"Great location!
Perfect location for all sorts of activities! Easy walking path to beach access (2 min walk!) as well as many restaurants/shops across the street. Our kids loved the pool! The view was great and room was very clean! We would definitely book this again! "

"Overall Great and View of Beach was 100/10
We loved our several day stay right next to the beach. Having the doors open and listening to the ocean was so restorative. Location was fantastic. Unit was renovated and, although small, very well laid-out. We loved having the bikes, chairs, and umbrella to make packing easier for us. Only 3 issues we encountered: first was that the pillows were old and musty and I had an allergic reaction to them until I put a towel over mine. Second was that there was a total lack of hooks for towels in the very small bathroom and we had nowhere to keep them during our stay. Last was that the bikes were starting to rust and need a tune up. Other than that, we were very happy!"

The location is ideal. It’s a leave your car in the lot for the week vacation. A supermarket, all the shops and restaurants, and beach are within walking distance. The property maintenance was shotty. You can tell that there has been a hodge podge of repairs and upgrades. It’s what I ecxected for this price point in this location. "

For a last minute booking it worked out well. We only reserved this less than a month out. For a family of four it was a little tight and I did miss not having an oven which I didn't realize was not in the condo. "

"Excellent Location!
The villa is a bit small but efficient. Was glad it had a washer and dryer in it. Could have been a bit cleaner, but I'm sure like everywhere, understaffed and too much to do in too short of a time period. Overall, it worked out great for 2 people. "

We liked the location. It offered more than just a place to put our heads. While we enjoyed being here using using the bikes walking to the many restaurants it would have been much better with more comfortable porch furniture. "

"My Winter Retreat
I was so lucky to have found this condo on Hilton Head. Searching for a warm place to stay for a couple of months I started my search in Florida and continued up the coast until I found the perfect place for me. I will never forget this wonderful little condo with a beautiful view. I would go back every year if my pension allowed it.Thank you so much for an unforgettable two months. I came away feeling like a new person."

"Filthy condo!
Filthy condo! We walked into a filthy condo upon arrival to HHI. Luckily I brought cleaner and cleaned the area. The floor was dirty, did not appear to have even been swept, poop was on the toilet seat, hair was everywhere, baseboards (gross), shower had hair in it, all the dishes in the cabinet and drawers had food on them. I would not waste your time here! We spent a lot of money to stay and did not feel we had a great experience due to the cleanliness of this facility. Great view, however would not recommend if you have kids going out on the deck area as the screw to the rail was out and rail was not safe. The kitchen sink flooded and we had to wait on the Plummer to get there. Water was dripping in the toaster and full under the sink. Very very disappointed in our stay at The Breakers!!!"

"Family vacation
The amenities and location were all nice. However, the rental was extremely dirty upon arrival. It did not look like it had been cleaned at all. The bathroom and kitchen (tub, floor etc.) were covered in hair and looked like it had not been cleaned at all. Especially, during a pandemic with kids, this is not what you would like see. There was no vacuum available which was also not done prior to the stay. I cleaned the property myself as much as I could which should definitely not have to be done when the place not exactly cheap? The condominium itself was also gross. There was human feces in one of the stairwells on the floor/railing (on two levels) that was never cleaned up until almost the end of our stay. No elevator yet - they are adding one that was under construction.
Positives-location to coligny and beach front.
We were very disappointed with our overall stay and will not be returning."

"Wonderful stay
Great condo with a beautiful view and spot on location. The elevators were under construction at the time of our visit and that was a surprise but other than that the stay was absolutely perfect!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will more than likely be back."

"Great Work from Home location
The condo was a great work location - excellent view. Internet was excellent. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Including the bikes w/rental was very nice. Travis w/Island Rentals was great to work with on extending our stay. Would have loved to stay longer but holidays was coming. The only complaint-trash truck several times a week before 7 a.m. - hear the beeping of backing up. Complex is getting an elevator but the workers were only there maybe 3 times during our 2 1/2 week stay. "

Love staying at 328 breakers! It’s proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants was so convenient especially because we had a couple cloudy/rainy days. Our condo was very clean, comfortable, and homey. Having an ocean view was an awesome experience. We had a couple minor issues that were quickly handled (and at our convenience)by the property management team and did not affect us at all. It was a perfect spot for a couple and we would gladly stay again! Highly recommend! "

"Hilton Head beautiful
Not so nice. Hilton is beautiful and the area we stayed was amazing. As far as the condo is concerned, it definitely needs work, not only in upgrades but a handyman should be employed- the toilet seat kept breaking, was given 2 washcloths to last for 20 days. We had to go to Walmart and purchase additional washcloths. The curtains in the bedroom were coming off hooks. Much work needed in the condo."

"Longterm rental
Basically everything was fine , we really miss some chairs with back support to be able to have dinner at home. The bar stols are not comfortable for more than a cup of Tea. I realize that this is not a big issue IF you rent for a couple of days or a week but for us staying a month this is nedred . Normally we have dinner outside but we need a proper Way to eat at home as well. IF this is resolved we are nterested to rent argain for the fourth time. Please let is Know IF this is possible as it is important for our planning for next year.

Very unclean, the condo was very filthy. Nail clippings, tons of dirt and objects all over the floors, Lots of dirt on ceiling fan, walls, bed and tub had people's hairs left there. Was gross! "

"Wonderful Location
We had a wonderful town at The Breakers. We loved th beach view and the coffee shop across the street. We will likely be back however we were disappointed that our WiFi didn’t work most of the week.
On Tuesday of our Saturday to Saturday stay a repair man came in to replace the router, when he left the cable and the WiFi didn’t work.
This problem continued till he again came again Thursday morning to either replace or reconnect the new router (I’m unsure). While he as very nice the problem continued through the time we left. We never had WiFi reconnected nor cable from Tuesday on.
We were highly disappointed that this problem wasn’t resolved because my husband spent most of his vacation in the condo due to sunburn.
Again the location and quality of the rental was great and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and hustle and bustle at the beach. We hope next time to find ourselves in a better situation in regards to the WiFi next time.

"Perfect beach get away!
We have been to Hilton Head several times, and this was by far the best rental we have stayed in. The view was amazing and the location was great. The unit was small but was perfect for me and my husband. We are already planning our next trip!"

"Spring Break
Condo was close to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. There was minimal space in the kitchen and no room to store food for the week or to prepare food. With couch pulled out to make bed for kids, it takes up the entire living room. Parking pass was not in folder but when contacted, staff brought it the next day. Overall, very small but close to everything!"

"Great vacation spot
Location, location, location! Nice unit with pool / beach access as per the main photo and across the road from Coligny Square on the backside of the development. Everything about the unit was accurately described in the listing. It did not affect us but some people could find the three flights of stairs a bit of a problem. Was hoping that there would be a few communal BBQ's somewhere in the development but that is not the case. Would go back again."
