18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.

We have been coming to Hilton Head as a Family for the past 15 + years. We have stayed in a few different locations but prefer to stay in the Shipyard plantation area for its peaceful setting, bike trails and convenient location. Our stay at #111 Evian was convenient being that we were on one floor, yet was still a bit of a let down from our past 15 years. Although the unit itself was clean, the furnishings were very outdated and rather odd and the furniture was very uncomfortable. The dining room chairs were honestly ready to come apart. We were not left a new roll of toilet paper but a partial roll of toilet paper to start off are week long stay. The eating and cooking utensil were a mishmash of odds and ends with only 2 forks and 4 spoons for a unit that is advertised to accommodate 6 people? The exterior of the Unit was not touched prior to our arrival. The back patio was covered with debris and the patio table and chairs were filthy and had to be cleaned before we could even use them. The back patio screen door was damage with the screen hanging hanging out of the door. when I called (Property Management) about the issues of 2 forks, 4 spoons and the screen door, the maintenance girl did show up in a timely manner, was very cordial and did provide us with 4 more forks and 2 spoons, she informed me that they knew about the screen door but couldn't fix it? Being a retired maintenance supervisor for 34 years it is very easy to see something is a little off with the maintenance and care of this unit. The attention and care to detail is paramount to provide a good costumer experience, unfortunately this lacking at this unit.
I would not recommend this unit to a friend until the detail issues are taking care of ."

"Repeat Vacationers
Our family has stayed in this property for the past couple of years. The location is perfect. Overall we have been very pleased with the accommodations and enjoyed each stay. We elected not submit a review after prior stays as there was not anything significant to bring to your attention. This year we would like to point out just a few things; (2) we have never been able to take advantage of the patio because to furniture was not clean, (2) the televisions in all the rooms constantly froze (3) the dining chairs need some TLC and (4) the entry way was laden with cob-webs and mole. It is our that this feedback helpful to the maintenance and upkeep of the property. "

We enjoyed our February 2017 stay at 111 Evian in Shipyard
The location of the condo was great.. almost tucked into a quiet corner in Evian with a nice view of a shipyard golf course fairway.
The kitchen was adequately equipped.. the king size bed in the master bedroom quite comfortable ..walk in shower in master bath was convenient ...tasteful decor in the living and dining areas..
One suggestion...there was a need for better lighting in living room..another lamp would be a good addition"
