This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with ocean views is located in building 1 on the first floor at the SeaCrest Resort. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar for three opens to the dining area that seats six. The tastefully decorated living area has comfortable furniture and a large Smart TV for watching movies with the family. Each bedroom has large walk-in closets and a private bath. Each bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, garden tub, and double vanity. Each bedroom has large walk-in closets. This is the perfect villa for your family vacation!
The SeaCrest Resort is in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head Island with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. There are many activities available in the area, but most importantly the wide sandy beaches are just at your doorstep. In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, provides beach towels for your stay. One less thing you need to pack!
*** Construction Update***
• Major and extensive exterior project begins October 7th, 2024 through May 1st, 2025. The project will negatively impact quiet enjoyment, views, parking, and balcony access. Please call our office for project updates if you are considering a rental during the project timeline.
• Lagoon repairs are in progress for the foreseeable future. They have been drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced, then filled. At this time, there is no date for when it will be completed.
