Welcome to 101 Seacrest. This beautiful oceanfront property features three spacious bedrooms, providing ample space for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A gorgeous foyer with a spiral staircase ascends to a massive open floor plan with open living, dining, and kitchen areas with high-end finishes and appliances.
The living area is designed to be spacious and inviting, providing a perfect gathering spot for your group. It features comfortable seating options, a large flat-screen TV, and windows that showcase the ocean vista.
Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Whether you prefer to prepare simple meals or indulge in culinary adventures, this kitchen has you covered. The kitchen bar seats 3. A dining area is conveniently situated next to the kitchen, offering two dining tables, one with seating for 5 and the other for 4. With three primary suites, this lovely villa is designed with your comfort in mind and offers a luxurious king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

There will be construction happening in the Seacrest area during the period of 10/7/24 to 5/1/25. This villa will only be affected during the final stages of the project which has no projected date yet.

• Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. (Property Management) is not the policy provider, Red Sky Travel Insurance Services is the holder.

Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
