NEW in 2023. Beautifully decorated and completely updated 2nd floor 2BR/2BA flat located in the gated community of Shipyard. Primary bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has two twins plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit 212 has an updated and well stocked kitchen, bright and airy living areas and a large outdoor wrap around deck which makes for a lovely vacation spot with plenty of seating and separation. Walking distance to Shipyard Beach House and close to south end amenities like shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza. Shipyard is a great spot for those who like to walk to the beach, bike on the many secluded & shaded bike paths, play tennis at the Shipyard Racquet Club, or Golf at the only 3 nine hole courses on the island within minutes from the condo. Located across the street from Beachwalk is the Sonesta Resort, which you can walk to the outdoor bar and restaurants.
