A great room with dual sofas facing a large flat-screen TV A set of sliders gives entrance to a whimsically tiled patio with a postcard-perfect view of Harbour Town, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the salt air.

Those harbor views also fill the dining room, with seating for four in the round and easy access to the kitchen. Set on granite counters, a full suite of stainless-steel appliances creates the perfect place for creating gourmet dishes while gazing out toward the lighthouse.

Comfort and spaciousness abound in each of the three bedrooms. In two of them, you’ll find a plush queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan amid tranquil surroundings, with both guest rooms sharing a spacious bath with a massive walk-in shower. In the owner’s suite, the four-star amenities expand to include a king-size bed along with a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV in a space that enjoys a private balcony as well as an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Please be advised that from in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of mid-February 2025. Phase 1 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled. Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians. Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed.

Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment

We had an amazing week! We loved the ability to walk to all our favorite shops in Harbour Town. The view from our balcony was perfection! The condo was a great set up and had everything we needed. The staff from Island Time was terrific. Very responsive and helpful before and during vacation, My only complaint would be that the King bed was not very comfortable. "

"Just Book it already!
We really enjoyed our stay at 953 Cutter. The unit was very clean, cold AC, and a perfect location central to Sea Pines and Harbour Town. You can walk right downstairs to dining and shops. This unit also gives you access to the Harbour Town pool located right at the entrance to the parking lot of this condo. The patio gives you great views of ships and sea life. We will definitely stay again."

"Birthday beach week was great!
First time renting with Island Time. Excellent customer experience and proactive to ensure good rental experience. This condo is great but needs a few changes to make it better: 1. bedroom doors squeak and wake others up. 2. Bed in room w/desk needs replaced, old, very soft, not well made. 3. Ceiling fan on porch like other units to enjoy longer time on patio during summer heat. 4. Door to master bath is too hard to close shut. 5. Hallway to elevator has strong smoke/cigar odor.

When renting from Sea Pines Resort, they don't require guests remove all trash from condo before checking out. This was a surprise requirement renting from Island Time and not a positive task to end the vacation."
