"Girls Trip
Unit 319 - kitchen was well stocked, including supplies. Furniture was ok; beds comfortable. However, no instructions for TVs & screen to deck leaning against door. Heard drip from A/C; coincidentally/fortunately same day that annual service techs were there. Daily construction activity in unit across hall annoying but not too early nor too late."

"Thoroughly enjoyable!
I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The condo is spacious and met our needs. The reasons for some of the fours stars were that there were some minor stains on the couches, and the music next door was loud when sitting outside at night.other than that, everything was great! "

"Great location
Seashore rentals was very friendly & efficient and overall our experience with them was great. One TV didn’t have an hdmi cord. We requested it twice but never got it. Normally we would watch much tv but with hurricane debby and the Olympics, we needed it.
I would have given every category below a five except that the beds were very uncomfortable. The bed frames were cheap and on rollers. When you slept and turned or moved, the bed moves and bounced. The mattresses were also cheap and uncomfortable. My son & husband slept on the couches. "

"Great location!
We four ladies visit Hilton Head every year to enjoy our time together on the ocean. This unit is great for coffee time on our own balcony every morning, beach time (only steps away), walking paths, shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and the outlets just a short ride away. We arrived to a clean, well appointed condo. We had toilet-running issues that were quickly addressed by the management company. The only suggestion for the owners would be to freshen with new sheets. We will definitely consider this unit again!"

"Great Location!!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We had an issue with an appliance that the property management company was able to quickly resolve; however, the appliance continued to have issues. The common outdoor space upgrades to Ocean One were fantastic. Ocean One is in a great location and would recommend staying there for easy beach and pool access."

"Location is fantastic!
We've been coming to Hilton Head for many years and have stayed at several different properties around town. The Coligny Circle area is one of our favorite parts of town, and this unit is literally about as close as you can get. Unit 319 is large and comfortable. Direct view of the ocean from the balcony. I'm a self-admitted "Condo-Rental Snob", so any critiques I have should be taken with a grain of salt (sand... ha ha ha). I think the unit would benefit from some new, non-cloth couch seating. Its starting to show its age. I would get rid of the feather stuffed pillows on the couch, because the feathers escape and get caught in the rug under the coffee table... making it apparent just how thorough (or not thorough) the pre-cleaning was. If it were my place, I would replace the rug under the coffee table. There were some small issues that needed to be handled, most notably the drywall / paint around the exhaust fan in the master bath. The Travertine tile is beautiful, but also visibly hides any sand that the vacuum / broom / mop may have missed. The outside storage closet across the hall was an unexpected bonus... great place to store all of your sandy beach items. A/C was rockin', kitchen was well-appointed. Overall a very nice 3BR/3BA unit. You won't be disappointed!"

"Great views for a family
Great location and condition as described. Cleaning wasn’t up to par and you can feel sand on floor. Ocean views and sound from balcony were amazing and quick walk to beach - it wasn’t a truly private beach experience as property is right next to Public beach access. Beds were comfortable though I wish one of the bedrooms with two twin beds had a queen/king bed. Pool was fantastic but closed for 2 days for a pump issue which should’ve been fixed sooner. Overall, I highly recommend this property for your family vacation. "

"Perfect for Families
This condo was perfectly located near Coligny Circle with easy access to the beach. Each of the three bedrooms has an en suite bathroom which makes it great for larger families. The condo has all the amenities and is very comfortable."

"Nice and convenient place.
Check in was simple. Unit was clean. 3 BR had 3 baths and that was nice. Only thing we did not like was the spare rooms had single beds and that is hard for adults to sleep in maybe a double and single would be better. Beach was close and the pool was nice. View of ocean was great as well."

"Relaxing time at the beach
This was the first time staying at Ocean One. We went the same days with others who have stayed at this property for years. We were pleased with the beach access and easy access to stores for necessities nearby. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool from the balcony. Pleasant to sit on the balcony in the evenings. This unit had very nice accommodations and seemed very clean when we arrived. It has 3 bedrooms, and was very spacious. The management was helpful on the phone before we arrived, very kind in their response. Organized staff and helpful so you can enjoy your stay. Friends of ours who own property in HH, came to see it so they could recommend it to others who ask about condo rentals. Overall, a nice relaxing trip to the beach. "

"Girl's Trip to HH
Condo was awesome and (Property Management) is a great company to rent from!! The unit was perfect and better than expected. There were a couple of stained linens but we had extras so it wasn't really a problem. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!"

"beach time
Wanted a place right off the beach and we found it. The place is well maintained and the pool is cleaned everyday we were there. I like how the property had 3 balconies. The décor/furniture is a bit dated but it is comfortable. The bedrooms are split- 2 on one side and then another on the farside. I would prefer the master to be the one by itself but that's my preference. The kitchen is nice. A few things - strainer for pasta would be nice, some light bulbs were out, the coffee maker wasn't cleaned before arriving. Otherwise all good. Full size washer and dryer and they have a storage room with some beach items but no beach towels so bring your own. The pantry could be better organized so you could at least store items in it. IT was full of stuff so every shelf was in use I just moved things around so we could put food on one shelf. An idea would be to have a book for future guests with great places to eat, things to do and sites to see just for a place to start. Great being in walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The holiday Inn next door was great with a Tiki Bar and volleyball nets. We couldn't hear the band playing in our unit. Very happy!"

"A pleasant surprise
This place exceeded my expectations. For some reason the pictures make it look outdated but it is not at all I really love the layout two bedrooms on one side and the third on the another. we found everything to be in working order and it was clean . This by far was the most well stocked kitchen . We would definitely stay her again my only advice would be to bring your own pillows. "

"Love Ocean One
We have stayed in this unit multiple times and it is always our favorite. We love Hilton Head and the location of Ocean One is perfect and unit 319 never disappoints.
The only complaint was that the washing machine smelled moldy."

"Disappointing Stay
We originally were booked into Unit 219. It was poorly cleaned, the tub drains were very slow and the Washer & Dryer did not work. We were then moved to Unit 319. Although this unit was more modern, this was disappointing as well. Either the owner or a recent renter smoked in the unit. Heavy scent of cigarette smoke was evident. Also, no exhaust fans in bathrooms. So, after a shower, mirror is completely covered with condensation. I expect better for the amount of money we paid for this 3 bedroom oceanfront condo."

problem was with living room and master bedroom t.v.'s. They kept
going off on us. Your repair people came very quickly. It would be

"This unit is very nice!
It is exactly as the pictures show, only better. Nice furniture on the balcony for six people. Pool is off to the side but still seen easily from the balcony. Looking straight out from the balcony there are trees, so you can't see the ocean except off beyond the pool. Still, you're able to see the ocean pretty well. Bathrooms were updated, which aren't shown in the pictures. Master bath tub/shower wasn't replaced, however, so it is rather old. No tub, just a shower in the second BR. Kitchen was well equipped except the skillets should be replaced. Definitely bring your own! Nice desk/work station for laptop. Ice maker didn't really work; would only make a few cubes a day. We ended up buying a bag of ice. Large, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and LR. Only one DVD player (in LR). This was a great place for our family of six, and we would stay here again."

This was the first time we were unable to get our keys on arrival to the island. Definately not a priority to Seashores except that this was a big turn over week we should understand. Then when we called about utensils, we just received a call back that there should be more in another drawer. So, if not in the condo you are responsible."
