"Vacation to Hilton Head
This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The pool is great for kids and minutes away from the beach. The house was clean. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The only we ran into was that they must have been replacing the microwave. There was an open hole above the stove. There was no fan for the stove. Luckily we didn’t use it much. They did provide a microwave but no one told us that there was an issue. It would have been nice to know if someone was coming to replace the part or give us a heads up before we checked in to the condo. With all that said our family really enjoys staying here and we will be coming back again!"

"Surf Court 32
Overall very happy with our stay in another Surf Court property. This is our 4th stay in Surf Court. 32 could use some updates on appliances and cookware but besides that is a great space. Over the stove microwave quit working mid week. Seashore staff as always were courteous and solved the issue quickly which was greatly appreciated. "

The location of this condo couldn’t be better for the beach and town access. The layout was nice and spacious. The beds, linens and kitchen essentials are in desperate need of updating, but otherwise a good place to stay within walking distance of the beach. "

"Comfortable, Convenient lodging
The townhouse suited our needs perfectly. We were 7 adults and their was plenty of room and flexibility for all of us. My spouse and I had the third floor ensuite and we let our adult children, one boyfriend and another adult sort out their beds. The sofa bed was deemed very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (just be aware that there are no staples like salt, pepper, sugar in the age of Covid) and we very much enjoyed the outdoor seating. It's adjacent to the pool and other patios so I can imagine it might be noisy in the middle of summer but perfect end of March. On the map the beach is across the street, but in the way of Hilton Head it is an easy half mile walk and very beautiful. Don't miss Kenny B's for Beignets a short walk away. Communication with the management company was easy and uncomplicated."

"Winter beach break
The place is great! close to beach and all activities and restaurants! The place did have an odor...maybe dog since this place does allow dogs if you stay longer than 30 days..which I Love..but you could definitely smell."

"It was okay
This rental was what I’d consider adequate. The location was great, but it is definitely a much older unit in somewhat disrepair. Nothing that ruined the stay, as we really were only there to sleep, but I would not rent it again or recommend. Although the master bath was updated with a nice walk in shower with nice tile... there was black mold on much of it. I bought cleaner and cleaned the majority of it off myself. It came off fine. Just an issue of poor cleaning. The master bedroom in particular had a musty smell that would not go away and carpet over very uneven floors you could feel. There were holes in some walls and blinds that wouldn’t work. Again just an overall feeling of disrepair and not properly maintained. "

"Awesome First Time In Hilton Head
We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and can not wait to go again and we would most definitely love to stay at Surf Court again it was the best vacation. The Condo was so nice very clean and well maintained. We loved all the places we went to our most favorite place was Coligny Plaza The Frosty Frog and One Hot Mama's was the best place for BBQ. Yummy! The condo was so convenient to get everywhere! The beach was so close and we rented bikes from Pedals and rode our bikes everywhere and it was so much fun. Thank You again so much to (Property Management) for a great time."

"Across the street from the beach
This updated condo overlooks the complex's pool and is across the street from a walking path to the beach. It is also walking distance to Coligny Circle. The perfect location! The living room, kitchen and bathrooms have been updated in this airy 3 bedroom condo. It is perfect for one or two families. The kitchen is adequately equipped but could use some additional serving pieces (bowls, large plates). Very comfortable stay. "

We stayed at the Surf Court 32 Unit Thursday through Monday, the whole unit is very well kept, well stocked, and a great location to lots of things! The management staff at the office was very helpful, and the check-in and check-out processes were very easy! "

"Great location, but won’t stay here again
Surf Court is close to everything you’ll need and beach access is directly across the street. We’ve owned in Surf Court and this was the worse we’ve experienced. This unit needs a face lift. The bedding is old, grill bottom rusted out and our coals fell to the grass, the kitchen needs better inventory. The housekeeping needs to step it up. Dirty ashtray in kitchen cabinet, 2 used towels hanging behind a bedroom door. We sat in the parking lot and the inspection of the unit took less than 1 minute. Did I mention the roaches, several baby ones in kitchen and dining area. Again, won’t be back. "

We enjoyed our stay there. The remodeled kitchen was very nice. We have stayed at surf court many times, and this is the first remodeled kitchen we have had. It really was nice to have it open with the counter extended. It made such a difference! Accommodations were great. We did have a problem with our faucet leaking. On thanksgiving day! Had to have it replaced the following day. But it was well done and very prompt the next morning. We could still use the dishwasher. Other than that we had a wonderful stay there. "

"Spring Vacation away from the COLD!
The rental was beautiful, nicely decorated, and very clean. We would rent it again. It was close to the pool, beach, shops, groceries stores, nice restaurants, everything you need at your finger tips. We love the island, and the area (Surf Court Area). It is our 4th. straight year at Surf Court. "

"Great experience
The unit was clean and very nice. One item we really enjoyed was the close proximity to the beach and pool. The beach is just across the street and the unit backs to the complex pool. We only cooked dinner a few times but when we did the vast array of pots, pans, bowls, etc. that were there made it very easy. We also really appreciated the updated, beautiful kitchen. We absolutely loved our time there and can't wait to go back!"

"It's OK
This condo is perfect for our family configuration in terms of the bed set-up (2 twins, 1King, 1 Queen) However, we have been coming to Surf Ct. for about 20 years and we have stayed in this unit many times and it has had minimal renovations done. It still has the same green carpet from our very first visit and none of the appliances and few of the fixtures have been updated. Now, was our vacation ruined - no! We have been in several other condos on the property (we travelled with 4 other families this year). All of those units were beautiful in comparison! I'd say this unit is right in the middle - has everything you need, but nothing more. It's an OK place to stay when visiting the beach - thankfully, it rained only one day, so we weren't stuck in the condo!"
