There were some issues with the condo that were promptly addressed
As by Sea Shore maintenance. Pros: location, master bedroom and bath comfortable, nice TV in living room.
Cons: lighting in kitchen poor, pool not open until April 1 was the highest disappointment to grand kids. That should be clearly stated in on line property description, and it was not."

"A Nice Stay
Unit was in a great location - easy walk to Coligny Plaza and beach. The set up of the inside was good and it was well equipped. Everything functioned well. Beds very comfortable, nice bathrooms. It was a bit dark inside so we got higher wattage bulks. Nice dining room table set, living room furniture was too soft and quite uncomfortable. Beach chairs would have been a good addition. We were not eligible for the discount. A nice unit. (Property Management) was helpful and easy to work with - thank you.

The unit was clean and comfortable with lots of seating in the main room. Nice renovated bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Great location! More lamps or ceiling lights are needed in the main room and bedrooms, otherwise a great stay. "

Location was great, as far a clean no so much. You could tell the cleaning crew just sweat around everything. There was stuff under the kitchen and coffee tables. The walls in the kitchen need wiped down. There are no real blankets in the unit. The noise from the pool goes on into the late night hours."

"Our Happy Place
We have stayed in various condos in the Courtside complex over the years. This one was one of the more comfortable rentals. It’s been updated beautifully to have all you need in terms of beds and comfy living room seats. If you are like us and enjoy good blankets even on hot days I would suggest to bring your own. Otherwise this place was well stocked and for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids it was PERFECT!! We plan to rent this one again!! "

"Great Location!
This vacation condo is pretty much perfect. It's only a 7-10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of space to spread out inside. One of the two community pools is just out the backdoor and down some stairs. It's within walking distance of Coligny Beach Plaza where there are tons of shops and restaurants. The only downside is the beds are appx 6 inch foam mattresses... not the most comfortable for adults, but they were very clean."

"Vacation
The rental was very nice. I was disappointed at the floors. They where not clean and I had to mopped them myself. My grandson crawled on them when we first got there and they where filthy. The front door is hard to unlock also. Other then those issues it was a wonderful place to stay and it was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. "

The room was clean and spacious. The washer machine was extremely loud - sounded like it was ready to break. Did not like the spiral stairs going down to pool area. Wish I was told beforehand how many stairs there were. Had noisy neighbors on the last night."

"If I knew then, what I know now....
We make regular visits to HH and have stayed in various condo complexes (including this one). Without doubt, we could not have been more disappointed with this condo as it needed updated and thoroughly cleaned. While we understand that most condos are frequently used, this one was the worst we've encountered for a long time. The pillows on the beds needed replaced as they were highly soiled with brown stains on some. The furniture was dirty, stained, and uninviting. As well, some of the blinds/window coverings were not in good working order! The consultant we talked with at the time of making our reservations highly recommended this unit (in comparison to the one we rented last year), saying it was much nicer and more comfortable, but nothing could have further from the truth!"

"Very Relaxing
The unit was clean. The refrigerator had a water leak inside when we turned on the ice maker. I put a bowl to catch the water. One tiny beach chair wasn't helpful. Overall it was a good time!"

"Courtside 10 and Seashore Vacation Review
We rented an 8 person condo (Courtside 10) on Deallyon Road. It was the perfect spot for our family of 8. There was plenty of room for all of us. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach. There was easy access to both pools. We interacted with seashore a couple of times using their hospitality app and the communication and response time was excellent. We would definitely use Seashore again and would definitely stay at this condo again."

"One of the nicer townhouses we've stayed in
My wife and I have been going to Hilton Head for twenty years and we've always stayed at Courtside on Deallyon Avenue. It's a nice property located about .25 miles from South Forest Beach and about .5 miles from Coligny Plaza. We've rented various townhouses in Courtside and 113 is easily in the top five. It's a clean spacious unit with most of the amenities one would need for a week at the beach. My only gripes are a clothes iron with residue burnt onto the sole plate and an ironing board cover that is too loose. This is an upstairs unit which makes it a pain to shlep luggage or a beach cart up and down the front stairs but I think the upstairs units are more quiet so the trade off is worth it for me."

The home was just as described and perfect for our beach vacation. The management company was easy to work with and answered any questions we had immediately. We really enjoyed the beach gear on site so that we didn't have to bring our own. we took advantage of the back patio several times a day as it was a quite setting over looking the pool. The location was perfect for us - a short 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to a less crowded beach access. "

The fact it was a second floor walk-up made moving in and moving out a bit of a chore but otherwise a very nice unit. It is also in a prime location - short walk to the beech and to the amenities at Coligny Plaza."

Short access to the pool and tennis courts. Vacationers are making party and big noise at swimming pool area during the night, even when pool is closed. This is the big disadvantage for families with children."

The condo is very spacious, nicely appointed, clean, and only about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The pool is very clean and well maintained also. Location very convenient to Coligny area with lots of shopping and restaurants. It's far enough away from the Coligny public beach access though that the beach was not overly crowded.
We had a great stay! Highly recommend!"

This condo was. Rey average. We overlooked the pool from our second floor unit we did have some concerns re mould and the telephone. The telephone was a quick fix. We were given a new one. The mould was a different problem. The inside of the toilet tank in the master was just covered. We would not have noticed, but the toilet was not working properly and we had to remove the top of the tank to fix it. That was when we discovered all this mould. The property manager fixed the toilet problem and got rid of the mould, however, as the days went on, I saw black mould forming around the water level of the toilets...all of them. The owners have a mould problem in their unit. I have been coming to Hilton Head for thirty two years and have never had this problem before. All beds should be replaced. By the way, the whole complex was being reroof end while we were there. We left for home early.

This condo was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much bigger than we expected. The pictures make it look very long and narrow. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. Great distance from the beach and other fun stuff. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend this property"

"Great location, much bigger than it appears
We were pleasantly surprised with how much larger the townhouse was than it appeared in the pictures. It was spotless and very clean. The location of the unit is the perfect distance from the beach(short,easy walk) and very close to Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes resorts. We brought our beach cart and chairs but they have those there if you want to leave yours at home. The pool was great and is right out the back door. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be making a return trip. My only recommendation would be to add another piece of comfortable furniture in the living room. "

Grounds were well maintained. Unit was true to the photos...very comfortable and spacious. Windows were quite dirty inside and out and screen door to back deck needs repair. Overall, we would stay here again. The location was great for walking to beach and shops/restaurants....great to not have to use the car!! We loved the tennis that was included in rental cost. Thanks to owners for sharing their 'home away from home.' Would recommend this property and would book it again for ourselves. "

"Fabulous vacation and great condo!
The condo description and pictures are spot on! The location of the condo could not have been better... Close to pool and the beach walking path.The owners and rental agent were very friendly, answered all my questions and all around easy to work with. The second bedroom with the 2 beds was great for my teens and the games were thoroughly enjoyed by my 5 year old and her little friends. The beach cart, chairs and toys already at the condo were so convenient. Can't wait to go back.

Condo was within easy walking distance of beach and Coligny Plaza. Condo is older and could use some updating...was also not very clean upon arrival. Dead bugs on the floor and dirty carpet. Also found some open safety pins lying around on the floor that should have been cleaned up. Pool area was very nice and clean. Condo had a very basic and minimally stocked kitchen and could have used a few more kitchen items such as pizza pan and some other basics. Overall, good condo with excellent location."

The only drawbacks were carrying luggage up all the steps. The pool wasn't open or heated. Although this next comment does not pertain to the owners that we rented from there was however several of the owners gathered around the pool and they were extremely rude and it was obvious we were not welcome!"

"Disappointed
We stayed a week last year and spent most of our time out of the condo - the weather was great. This year we stayed for two weeks and the weather was bad so we spent a lot of time in the condo and got to know it well.
1st... It would be nice if it had a garbage disposal.
2nd... The dresser that is in the closet of the smaller bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Last person to use it must smoked like no tomorrow, so whatever you placed in the drawers came out smelling like smoke.
3rd... All of the furniture in the living room is old and uncomfortable.
4th... The bed and especially the matress in the master bedroom sucks.
5th... The screen door latch is bad. It was taped back when we arrived and quickly discovered that if it wasn't taped back you could get locked out, even locked in....
6th... The half bath door latch on the main floor didn't work. You could not latch the door shut or lock it if you needed to use it.
I know this is a rental/investment property but other then the location I would not stay here again unless they completely renovated the place.
Will be looking for newer digs for next year.

"Hilton Head multigenerational trip
We had a very enjoyable stay at this rental. It was a little further to the beach than we had anticipated and a lot of stairs for my 72 year old mom. The condo was well kept and the kitchen well stocked. The pool was really convenient off the back balcony. We were disappointed with no TV/cable service in the second bedroom. Overall a nice condo and an enjoyable stay."

Floor was very dirty, it did not appear to have been mopped in a long time. It turned the bottom of my one year old daughters feet black. Other than that one little problem, the property was great. Good proximity to beach and shopping. Pools were wonderful!"
