The highlight of this retreat is the brand new private pool, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the Hilton Head Island sunshine.
Step inside to discover a space transformed with fresh interior and exterior paint. The primary bathroom has been beautifully remodeled, and the exterior is adorned with professional landscaping. The addition of a new pool, complemented by an outdoor bathroom on the pool deck, enhances the outdoor living experience. A dedicated grilling area with outdoor seating invites al fresco dining and entertaining against a backdrop of coastal breezes.
The main level greets you with a spacious living room seamlessly connected to an open kitchen featuring a center island and an outdoor grilling area with seating.
The bedroom offerings are nothing short of opulent. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. The first bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite walk-in shower. The second bedroom is ideal for families, equipped with bunk beds (twin over full) and a twin trundle bed. The third bedroom located upstairs, the primary suite, includes an office desk and dressing room, along with a pull-out sleeper sofa accommodating two additional guests. Its ensuite bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub and a generously sized walk-in shower. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom provides a king bed with an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fifth bedroom features two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• For Fall of 2024 the pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge; give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool and spa heat must be scheduled 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last-minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated or reaching an optimal temperature.

• Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. (Property Management) is not the policy provider, Red Sky Travel Insurance Services is the holder.

Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
