STARTING 9/30/2024 THE SHOREWOOD ELEVATORS WILL BE SHUT DOWN FOR REPLACEMENT. THEY WILL START WITH THE STACKS 1, 2 & 3 UNITS 101-501, 102-502, 103-503 ELEVATOR WHICH SHOULD TAKE ABOUT 6 WEEKS, ONCE COMPLETED, THEY WILL MOVE TO THE 2nd ELEVATOR IN THE STACK 4, 5 & 6 UNITS 104-504, 105-505, 106-506 WHICH WILL TAKE ANOTHER 6 WEEKS FOR COMPLETION. THEY ARE HOPING TO HAVE THIS COMPLETED BY 1/18/2025.
This is a top of the line 3 bedroom villa where you'll enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean making for the perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon relaxing on the balcony! With a large kitchen, this villa will make for the perfect space for entertaining and dining for all. The balcony includes a table with seating for 6+-a perfect place to eat breakfast or dinner while watching the sun glimmer over the Atlantic.
The oceanfront master bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and private en suite with walk in shower. Guest bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with private en suite with walk in shower and TV. Guest bedroom 3 features a twin over full bunk bed with additional twin trundle bed and TV.
