3 bedroom remodeled villa in Palmetto Dunes, with an extra-large deck overlooking the 2nd hole of Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course and lush views of the lagoon.

This two-story villa has all new furniture and renovated kitchens and bathrooms. The primary bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a designer walk-in shower. The main living area offers a large open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room and leads right onto the spacious private deck. The two bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity sink and a tub and shower combo. The first guest bedroom on the second floor features a new queen-size bed, and the second features a bunk bed with a twin over a full. The second guest bedroom also features a convenient desk to complete any "work from anywhere" tasks.

This villa is in close proximity to the community pool, a short 10-minute walk to the tennis and pickleball courts, and a quick 15-minute walk to the beach.

The world-famous Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a 2000-acre community that stretches from its 3 miles of white sandy beaches, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis and pickleball courts. There is also a convenient bikeway/walkway under William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Center, which feature a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants.

"NOT A PLACE FOR LONG-TERM STAYS!
Best feature of this Condo (Queens Grant Unit# 756)---Backyard view of golf course and lagoon.
Other positives ---Neighbors are quiet. Kitchen cupboards were mostly clean as were dresser drawers, bathroom vanities and kitchen appliances. However, there was no room for food storage and paper products without major rearrangement of all shelves and cupboards.
This condo’s write-up states, “This two-story villa has all new furniture and renovated kitchen and bathrooms.” How long ago was this written??? It is evident this condo needs a huge facelift by quality renovators. Workmanship throughout is sloppy and poor.
Negatives: small refrigerator/freezer, not a complete set of dishes (7 of everything), laminate floors throughout condo well-worn, dirty and creaking floorboards.
-Combo washer/dryer positioned behind entry door is extremely loud with noise permeating entire unit.
-Owner has taken 4 closets for personal items, making it difficult for long-term renters to store their belongings. Unit advertised as capable of accommodating up to 7 guests.
-Lighting throughout the unit is very poor. Most lighting emanates from the ceiling.
-Cable packages- poor. Wi-Fi service consistently slow.
-Beds lumpy and hard. Furniture low, armless and uncomfortable.
-All bed linens, sheets, blankets & towels were stained. When one of the beds was stripped, it was evident a previous renter had had an accident....the bed pad was reversed in an attempt to disguise the mess. None of the mattresses and box springs had protective bedbug/waterproof encasements.
Owners have done everything on the cheap!
Rental company, listened to our concerns and put into effect a couple of band aids. Three swapped out table lamps were brought over as requested and a couple of gift cards to SERG restaurants were provided. It was stated to us in a text during our stay that this unit is a “short term condo”. This was news to"

"Snowbird
Great location on the golf course. The crew from the golf course starts work at 5:30 am every day. It is very annoying and loud.
The rental needs work. Flooring was old and worn, patio needs cleaned and refinished, the towels received were horrible and worn. Screen door to master bedroom was broken, along with some blinds in the living room.
Great customer service from the rental company.

"Wonderful vacation rental on HHI
Unit 756 was so spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was there for us. The location was convenient to the beach, the marina, and several restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here.
Everyone at Island Time was a pleasure to deal with.
We did have an issue with the sliding screen door which kept falling off the track. Even though management came out to fix it when we called, it immediately fell off again, and the screen was ripped away from the frame.

"Magical Time at HHI
We had a fabulous time with 3 generations at Queens Grant. The villa was very clean and very well-stocked. Loved the spacious relaxing deck. Would like to see better handling of electrical cord on walkway - a real trip hazard. Other than that, everything was perfect!"

"HHI vacation
THE PROPERTY: The location was great. 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Close to Shelter Cove for shopping. The villa itself had plenty of space for our family of 4 with two teenage boys. The villa only had a broom so it was difficult to collect sand which gets on everything. A vacuum would have been helpful. Family room only had over head fan light. Could have used some lamps. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was really good. Kitchen had a 12 cup coffee maker. Pots/pans/utensils for cooking and grilling. Property was clean when we arrived.

PROPERTY MANAGER: Villa was supposed to have an iron and ironing board but did not. Went back and forth with Island Time a few times but never got them. So I spent $40 on a hand held steamer from Wal-Mart for my nice going-out-to-dinner shirts."
