Welcome to 1838 Beachside Tennis! This Sea Pines villa is outfitted with elegance in every detail, offering guests complete coastal luxury. An alluring yet spacious layout offers guests plenty of room to spread out, all while being together.
Upon entry, to the left, you will find the fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen is updated with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and brand-new granite countertops, more than ready to take on the heat! Just beyond the pass-through sits the formal dining table, offering enough seating for six along with an additional two bar stools at the kitchen bar.
The living room is beautifully lit up with plenty of natural light, courtesy of the many windows in this villa. Guests can enjoy plenty of plush seating around the electric fireplace as they have a movie marathon or fun family game night. Through the sliding doors, step outside to your soon-to-be favorite place to relax! The private balcony offers stunning views of Calibogue Sound and Hilton Head’s beautiful nature. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or cocktail under the stars!
The bedrooms are on complete opposite sides of the villa, offering great separation and privacy for guests. The first bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and huge windows to give guests amazing views from every angle of this villa. Across the villa, you will find the master bedroom, which also serves as a private suite, featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. This bedroom has access to a private bathroom, featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Guests have access to the large community pool and also have private access to the beach! South Beach Marina Village is only minutes away and offers an array of dining, fun, and entertainment for the whole family.
